“This was a convenient place for me to spend a night when I was in a jam and too tired to drive any more. The manager Umar was exceptionally helpful. There was an issue with my billing…very long story…and I was double billed. Umar spent a lot time, hours, between texts, phone calls, and emails to make sure I was properly refunded. He didn’t have to do that. ”

“The rate on hotels. com was around $350 , 2 kids 13 year old and 2 adults When I arrived at the hotel they charge me more money arguing the Hotel platform was wrong. And she charged me 80 more $ for the kids. I had to stay because there were no choice. Finally, she charge me just one kid, instead of two, after having a discussion. I paid. $408 for a place that is not with it.The internet connection. Is bad. ”

“estuve con mi esposa una semana entera, el lugar es hermoso, tranquilo, con un estilo muy relajado...pasamos horas en la.piscina y los jardines. esta muy cerca de Bridge hampton y a 15' en auto.de.Sag Harbour, Est o Sout Hampton, y a 8 de la playa... la.ubicacion nos resulto perfecta. La atencion fue muy buena, Sophie nos atendio fantastico!”

Pero en general, todo bien, ubicación ideal y de bajo costo para explorar los Hamptons con un auto, cerca de gasolineras y lugares para comprar esenciales.”

“Check in was not good. I had prepaid through Hotels.com and when I got there the guy wasn't able to process the payment from Hotels.com to him and said it was my problem and I would have to pay for the room and get reimbursed from Hotels.com. finally after a while he gave me a room but it was not what I had booked. The room was aweful, smelled bad, what felt like a hole in the floor under the carpet and the door was already wide open when I got to the room. ”

“Had so much fun this weekend in Hampton Bays! House was perfect for a group of friends - many bedrooms, bathrooms, great pool with tons of outdoor games, and even the arcade room inside! So close to the beach, and a number of great restaurants. Highly recommend this house, and appreciate how helpful our host was with making sure we had everything we need and more!”
