“The house was nicely updated. Plenty of space. Beds were comfy. Four porches to enjoy the views. Pool was small but the kids loved it. Didnt see any other villa with this amenity. There was a lot of boat traffic in and out of the marina. Could be annoying if you dont enjoy the music they might be playing. The bridge from Rt 1 is also able to be heard if outside but other than that it was pretty peaceful. ”

“Excellent communication from the host to guide check-in, all appliances top notch, kitchen outfitted with good range of dinnerware, small appliances, pots and pans etc, residence comfortable and lagoon and pools great fun. Host provides bikes, tennis rackets, games and many other things for family activities. ”

“Our family of eleven vacationed together to help celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The house was very well equipped with all of our needs.The upstairs toilets both had some issues with running until we jiggled the handles. Also the hand towel holder needs to be repaired, as it was broken upon arrival. Also a rocking chair on the back porch broke while my husband was sitting in it, but he fixed it with some tools he found in the closet. The kitchen, living room seating, and all bedrooms...

“We had a wonderful stay. The property was perfect for two couples. It was very comfortable - clean, quiet, and well-equipped. The pool was lovely. The location made it easy to go up or down the Keys, and there were lots of restaurants nearby. The owner was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again. ”

“A wonderful vacation rental. The house was very clean on arrival. Kitchen was fully equipped. The dock was a dream for taking the boat out everyday. We enjoyed the pool in the afternoons. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom which is ideal in a vacation rental. I would recommend and we will most likely try to book again next year. ”
