“Great location, close to grocery store, restaurants, bus stops. It had all the ammenities we needed like bodywash, shampoos, pots, pans, dishes, etc. The house was remodelled but not fully. It has potential. It was worth the price. The host was very responsive. The dryer did not work. He came right away but was not able to fix the problem while we were there. But it was the end of our stay so it was not a big deal.”

“Our family of 4 stayed 2 weeks while visiting the city and surrounding areas. It was a good location for us to where we wanted to go. Short distance to downtown and transit. Plenty of room between 3 floors. Very clean and easy to check-in. Washer and dryer in the basement was convenient and great to have a TV in every bedroom and living room. Communication with the property manager was quick and responsive. Its an older home so the floors and stairs creaked,and in an older but quiet neighborhood...

“This is our second trip to Waters Edge. The house has everything and the host is awesome. We had a couple very minor issues while staying there (ice machine was leaking, and a beep noise was coming from the pool filter) and he responded immediately to get them taken care of. There are plenty of nice touches that you don't see at all rental properties - complimentary coffee and wine, all linens, and the above mentioned ice machine. We hope to be back, as long as our schedules allow it!”

“This property was spot on with the photos. Very nice & very clean. The location is close to the airport and downtown no more than a 30 min commute. Located in a nice, cozy, and safe neighborhood. “I have been looking at this property for a few years, wanting a place with a full kitchen and a private house. I gave 5 stars because it was pretty much what I was looking for. The plastic covering on the beds was a bit uncomfortable. I realize it’s more sanitary although I would suggest a washable fitted cover over the plastic mattress pad and then the sheets. It would cut the extra sweating that occurs lying on a sheet over the plastic. Also there was only one extremely worn out dish...
