Fantastic property!
Can’t say enough good things about this property. The location and view were amazing and the home was perfect. Very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. James was awesome to work with, very friendly and responsive. Would definitely go back and 100% recommend!

Excellent Vacation Rental, Great Views
We appreciated everything provided by this vacation rental owner. Cleanliness, comfort, trendy decor, good instructions and well-supplied with everything we needed for our four night stay. We travelled with our two small dogs and found this unit to be pet friendly with the exception of not having many areas to walk our dogs, I.e. parks nearby. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We appreciated everything provided.

Excellent property and view!
This home is beautiful, and has a great view of the river. It’s extremely clean, kitchen well stocked, excellent location. There were 3 couples, very old friends, and meeting more old friends who were RVing near us. We will definitely be back! The owner is extremely responsive, and we had a great time! Thank you James!

Beautiful view
Very nice and spacious. However, lock box was broken, dishwasher doesn't work & thermostat is impossible to figure out. Host is very nice and accessible, I'm positive he would've promptly addressed all the above issues had I contacted him. We weren't there long enough to worry about it, but I would definitely stay there again.

Came to area for SXS event. Plenty of flat parking for UTV truck/trailer. House in great condition. Beds were very comfortable. Owner response was quick. Area bar/restaurants are hit and miss be sure to call ahead.

Great place to stay
This property was the perfect size for my friends and I. location...our event was at Pirates Den which was a short 7 minute drive. There was also a little convenience store/deli not far away. They keep the house well stocked with all the basics and the beds were very comfortable. Checking out was easy, as they didnt have a long list of to dos before we left. I will definiteley be booking again next year.

Perfect!
Myself and 3 sisters along with 3 children stayed the weekend at this property and it could not have been more perfect for our occasion! From the start James had excellent communication and was super helpful in the planning process. The home was brand new and had everything we needed for the weekend but nothing beat the spectacular view off the amazing patio!! The location was perfect! We hope to come here again with our families! Thank you for being such a great host James!

Great place!
This was a great place!! We had some family coming in for the Enduro race and needed more space. This property was perfect! It was very clean, had easy access to parking, great views, and very close to our property in Marina Manor. It is down the street from the public launch ramp and close to town. We will definitely use it again if needed or recommend it to anyone that comes up👍🏻

Will definitely return
My family really enjoyed this home. We weren’t there much, as we were out on the river most of the day and had dinners at my nearby in-laws house… but this house is very well kept, clean, and comfortable! Getting keys from lockbox was easy, James turned the AC on remotely before we arrived, and he responded quickly to a question we had. We will definitely be returning, as our family is too large to sleep at the in-laws around the corner. THANK YOU JAMES!

The property has a beautiful view of the water and if you look closely you can see the channels in the Keys! They house is very spacious and clean. The boat ramp isn’t quite walking distance but a quick drive and plenty of parking available in the lot.

Stunning views and Excellent location
Host offers great communication. House is charming and on a hill so you can see a great view of the river, which is really stunning at night. Very close to Circle K, Walmart and public boat launch into the river. We had a really fun time!

ABSOLUTELY Amazing Stay!
This home had everything extra stocked extra and very clean! If you forgot your doggy bowl they had one for you to use. No unwelcoming signs like the last couple houses I’ve been in. No need for me to go out and buy toilet paper hand soap and trash bags they were definitely extra stocked!! Beautiful home very comfortable and cozy! The home was already cooled down when we got there. Instructions on their favorite places and outings for the family. Instructions on where to dock boats. James and his wife are always available to handle questions even at a crazy hour in the morning. Thank you so much for making your home feel like home. 10 star rating! Do you by chance have a house in Havasu to? LOL 😊
