Great place. Great location.
We had a wonderful stay in PC. The house was exactly what we needed. Spacious, clean, well equipped. And the location was even better than what we imagined. Seriously. Two blocks from the town lift that took us up to the mountain every day.And one block from Main St. lots of apres ski and dinner options and such a cool old western vibe. Jeff was a great host and responded to all of our requests promptly and friendly. Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip out West.

Park City Stay
We absolutely loved our stay in Park City! The house was wonderful for our family of 7. We loved that everything was within walking distance, so we didn’t have to worry about getting the car out or parking. When we wanted to go somewhere out of walking distance, we easily caught at Uber! Working with Jeff was an absolute delight! I would recommend this property over and over!

All About Location
With its proximity to Main Street this house is perfect for walking just a few steps away to shopping, activities and restaurants or hopping on public transportation to go a little further away. The amount of space was perfect for our family of 6 (teens and adults). The amenities were a little lacking, but we're assuming it's because the house is for sale and maybe less attention is being paid to renting it at this point. There was combination shampoo/conditioner, but there was no body soap. There were hairdryers, and at first I thought they weren't working, but quickly realized it was the outlet that didn't work. There were little things throughout that were falling apart or didn't work and the beds are not comfortable (at least in the upper rooms), but overall it was a decent stay.

Location was fantastic!! The decor was much nicer than the pictures-you should consider new picture!! Lots of room, great deck on front of the house. Only minor suggestion would be to upgrade the bedding. Had a great time-thanks!! For the price-fantastic deal.

Perfect Location & perfect for groups!
Jeff’s home in Park City was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better—everything is within walking distance, making it so convenient to explore the area without needing a car. The house itself is spacious, ideal for large groups, with a comfortable kitchen and living room that made it easy for everyone to gather and relax. Jeff was also very responsive to my last minute questions and had everything we needed. I really hope Jeff’s home is available the next time I’m in Park City because I’d love to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Home was just great. Guests were older Dad and two sons for annual guys-getaway. Host was very detailed and timely with info and check-in process. Location in Park City was fantastic with easy access to trails, chairlift and multiple restaurants.

Great location in town
We had a great stay in Park City! The townhome is one block from Main St so extremely convenient to many restaurants and shops. Very clean and nice accommodations. Well-stocked with silverware, plates, bowls, glassware, dish washer pods, etc. Owner was very kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back again!

Incredible Location, Perfect for Two Families
We had a wonderful experience at this property. The location is great (two blocks from town lift and also at the base of a staircase right off the trail). It's perfect for two families, with kids in the bunk room and adults upstairs. Kitchen is well stocked. Host was very communicative. Everything was easy! Would definitely book again.

Nothing bad to say about our stay at this place! Unbelievable location, made it incredibly easy to take town lift to mountain, rent gear, and ski/walk back to the property. Shopping was wonderful and restaurants and bars had something for everyone! Plenty of space and everything we needed for a homemade Super Bowl meal, comfy beds to sleep in and all shampoos, soaps etc included! Jeff was easy to work with and communication was great. Only tiny suggestion would be for there to be boot warmers and maybe a Bluetooth speaker, but we figured it all out without those items. All in all, we look forward to renting again with Jeff!

Location, location, location!
There is probably no better location than this place. Super close to Town Lift and High West and yet, just far enough into residential area that the evenings are quiet and virtually no street noise. There is also a quick passthrough to Main St and the Transit Center which makes you feel that much closer to all the action. For how good the location is, we felt is was a solid trade off between price and quality of the rental. The rental has been updated, but feeling a little worn. Mold in the primary shower, some blinds didn't work or would fall off. Garage would barely fit our mini-van, (essentially kissing the back wall/laundry and the garage door. You really don't need a car when staying here, but our group had 3 for various reasons. Street parking was hard to come by considering many spaces (including the one reserved for our unit) were not plowed. Street parking passes were provided, but we still got a warning ticket which was confusing. The heating was as others have reviewed, super warm on the highest floor and cold on the bottom, but the ample space heaters did the trick. They could replenish or upgrade amenities for the price you pay like more bath and dish towels. A welcomed surprise was that the unit had a kids high chair and pack-n-play which we used! Jeff was extremely communicative and quickly responded to any questions we had. All in all, it was a good stay and we were happy.
