“When I booked, there was no disclosure of the pool being closed for renovation. There was no circulation of air in the suite we were in. Most important, No air conditioning in the sleeping areas. It was so HOT in the bedrooms that no one slept. I realize that we were in a ski resort where most of their traffic comes in the winter time, however it was pretty miserable in the middle of the summer.”

“The unit didn't have air conditioning as advertised. It was 90 degrees when we got there at 11 pm and we couldn't cool it down, even with all the windows and doors open. We couldn't stay there. We were really disappointed because when we booked it said the unit had air conditioning and the property management people said it doesn't. We were mislead. ”
