Lujoso apartamento en el corazón del París histórico que acaba de renovarse (febrero de 2015).
Perfectamente ubicado a 3 minutos del Arco del Triunfo y la prestigiosa Avenida de los Campos Elíseos, en el distrito más glamoroso de la capital. El parque Monceaux también está a pocos minutos a pie. Solo tiene que caminar para descubrir el distrito más prestigioso y romántico de París con sus galerías de arte, sus boutiques de lujo, sus centros comerciales (Monoprix a pocos minutos a pie), sus cafés, sus panaderías, sus comerciantes de frutas y verduras, sus floristas ... Sin embargo, el apartamento está en una calle tranquila, lejos de las concurridas calles donde es posible descansar después de un día de compras y disfrutar de la comodidad del apartamento.

También está muy bien conectado a través de las estaciones Charles de Gaule / Etoile y Ternes con todas las líneas. También hay una línea directa a los aeropuertos y a Disneyland (RER A). No dude en hacernos cualquier pregunta que pueda tener.

El apartamento es ideal para una pareja o una familia. Tiene una cama doble y un sofá plegable para dos personas (que acabo de comprar). También incluye varios juegos de sábanas, toallas y toda la cocina necesaria, que incluye horno / microondas y vitrocerámica. También incluye wifi, lavadora-secadora, secador de pelo, un televisor grande.

Viajero experimentado, hablo varios idiomas y tengo muchas sugerencias para visitas o cosas que hacer y ver en París. No dudes en preguntarme, estaré encantado de ayudarte y hacer que tu estadía sea lo más cómoda posible.

Great Apartment near everything in the city of Paris, France. It was roomy. However, if city noise is a problem for you, this place would not be suitable. You are right smack in the middle of the city and that comes with city noise. We enjoy it and love walking everywhere. The owner was so help in everything. We would definitely would book it again, when we go back to Paris.

Beautiful and convenient location with an excellent host!
Sofia’s apartment is conveniently located close to the Arc de Triomphe. Clean and perfect for a stay close to public transportation, shops and restaurants. Communication was quick and helpful! Also, she and her cleaning person went above and beyond to help me when I reached out for assistance!! A wonderful location, very clean and super for our four night stay!

The property owner was extremely nice and made us feel right at home with clear communication. The property is great value, with a great location close to the Arc and Metro. We felt very safe in the neighbour and the apartment was very clean, with great street views from the patio doors that open. All in all, great location, safe, clean and good value in the price. We stayed with 2 adults and 2 young kids and there was enough room for all of us. Better experience than staying in a hotel. This is a great place. A .

Perfect location of a cosy apartment with very kind host
For my second stay in Paris I chose this apartment because of the location and the good price. I noticed that there is no deposit which means that the host trusts the tenants and that gave me confidence and comfort to pay the whole amount in advance. After completing the reservation I received very detailed instructions for check-in and check-out, together with helpful information for public transport, groceries and good places around where we could have breakfast or dinner. The apartment is very clean, small but cosy and well furnished to accommodate a family of 4, situated on a quiet street. The bathroom is pretty large. I have no complaints and I’m very pleased with our stay. I would highly recommend the place. And last but not least - the host Sofia is very kind and helpful, with fluent English

this apartment really awesome to stay in the heart of Paris City, it is clean and safe, quiet and comfort, near shopping area, grocery around, many brasserie/restaurants, Monoprix, walkable to metro station Charles de Gaulle of Arc de Triomphe, recommended for couple and small family, kitchen available for light cooking, recommended for couple and small family, i will back again to this lovely apartment, oh la la, edi from Qatar.

Etoile lively charm
Small apartment great for two people. Location is fabulous, close to Arc de Triomphe, grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation. 10 minutes on foot to Parc Monceau. Apartment is on the third floor with no elevator and a winding staircase. It would be difficult for someone with mobility issues or heavy luggage. We loved our stay and would rent again! Highly recommend!

The highlight is the location which is ideal for tourism. For a tourist, you are 5 minutes away from most of the lines that you will need (lines 1, 2, 6, and RER A) to go to major attractions without losing too much time (which is worthy when travelling). What you see in the picture is what you get. The appartment is small, but functionnal: this is normal for Paris. We were 3 people (a couple and a teenager) and we enjoyed the place which was clean and had the necessary equipment for us to enjoy it. Just be mindful that the appartment is at the 3rd floor and there is no elevator and there is only one open room with the 2 beds (one being a confortable sofa bed). The owner contacted us and gave precise directions and good to know information regarding the appartment and its vicinity.

Perfect location to explore Paris
We all love feeling less than a tourist and more as a part of the places we visit and this property is perfect. It’s small so if you are a larger family or have a lot of luggage it might be tight (and you might not like the fact that it is a third floor walk up) but for a couple of days and as family of three it was perfect. There are tons of cute little cafes, shops and brasseries close by as well as a market with fresh local products. The metro is around the corner but you can walk to many places of interest. The apartment is really lovely with old world details and modern conveniences. There was an issue with a leak right before our stay and the owner was super upfront and communicative. It luckily got resolved before our arrival but the owner gave us tons of options in case she couldn’t fix it in time. Things happen but it was so good to know that she really cared and did whatever she could to fix the problem. If we return to Paris we for sure would pick this property again!

Short stay in Paris
We only had 3 days in Paris, so we had to pack in as much as we could. The.location was perfect. Description to get there was easy to follow. Police present in Paris was big, as it was close to 14th July. We felt perfectly safe and even walked back from the Eiffel Tower at midnight. All in all, had a great time

Studio et immeuble en état de délabrement et sale . Le mobilier est en mauvais état. Les prises de courant sont cassées. La cuisine donne envie d’aller au resto. Dommage car il est bien situé.

Tolle Wohnung im 3. OG, klein aber fein. Wir waren zu viert, alle haben gut geschlafen, 2 Doppelbetten, allerdings zwei große Plümos, sprich man teilt es sich zu zweit, etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig für uns, hat dann aber doch sehr geklappt. Recht ruhige Straße..! Auch ein schmales tolles Bad mit Fenster zum Hof und mit neuer Dusche, keine Badewanne mehr, was wir sehr begrüßt haben.. Alles da was man braucht, sauber und eine tolle Lage. Alles in kurzer Nähe für den Alltag vorhanden. Sehr nette Vermieterin.. Wir kommen gerne wieder in diese tolle Pariser Wohnung, sehr zu empfehlen.

Great neighborhood, easy access to transit
There were so many things to see and do within walking distance, this was a great location. Close to the arc de triomphe, within walking distance from the Eiffel Tower…it was perfect for my family of 4 (husband and 2 daughters). The apartment itself is not huge (would have been amazing for a couple) but we were out and about most of the time anyway. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone!

Emplacement de rêve !!!!
Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits dans ce studio situé à 2 pas des Champs-Elysées. Studio propre et bien agencé, à côté : boulangerie, Monoprix, pharmacie rien ne manque. L’accès du métro est tout proche. Une mention spéciale pour l’hôte qui a vraiment était adorable car nous avions des problèmes à cause des grèves et qui a essayé de trouver des solutions pour nous arranger. A mon prochain séjour à Paris je n’hésiterai pas à retourner dans cet appartement.
