Precioso y amplio piso tipo loft, 90m², muy luminoso, calle tranquila. A 2 minutos del metro Hoche, a 5 minutos del rer E, a 15 minutos a pie de la Filarmónica, la Villette y la ciudad de las ciencias a lo largo del Canal de l'Ourq, a 1 minuto del Centre National de la Danse, rodeado por el Oficinas de Hermès. Tiendas de alimentación a menos de 1 minuto a pie (panadería, carnicería, quesería, bodegas, tiendas de productos ecológicos, bonito mercado, Franprix y supermercado).
El triángulo dorado de Pantin es un distrito en auge, joven y artístico. Pantin es a la vez relajante y dinámico. Muchos lugares de moda. Tenemos buenas direcciones para compartir. Nos encanta Pantin y encontramos muchas ventajas allí, tanto cerca del centro de París (a 15 minutos de République en metro) como lejos de las multitudes. ¡Te sentirás bien allí! Cuando los días se vuelven calurosos, este apartamento es muy relajante con su frescura.
Nuestro apartamento es para no fumadores y no acepta animales.
Dos dormitorios (camas 160). Amplio espacio habitable con cocina abierta y equipada (horno, lavavajillas) Un baño con inodoro. Wifi de vuelta a partir de septiembre.
En el flexible: sofá cama (el flexible es un espacio abierto), 2º aseo + lavabo + lencería.
La apertura de las escaleras es empinada, por lo que recomendamos que los niños no sean demasiado pequeños.
Un jardín ecológico se encuentra detrás de nuestro edificio, es muy agradable (picnic, juegos para niños).

Este apartamento es donde vivimos, realmente nos preocupamos por él. Es una antigua tienda Felix Potin de la década de 1920, hemos mantenido su carácter tanto como sea posible.
Queríamos que la persona encargada del apartamento durante nuestra ausencia estuviera presente en cada llegada y cada salida. Además, si su llegada o salida no se encuentra dentro del horario propuesto, avísenos lo antes posible; entonces habrá un cargo adicional de 20 € para la organización. Gracias por su comprensión

I'm Japanese. The facility was probably originally a renovated shop, so I had a very stylish and comfortable stay. It was clean and I was able to use the kitchen without any problems. However, I was concerned that the water pressure in the shower was a little weak. The surrounding area was unsafe in some places, and the sidewalks were not very clean. However, there were some places in Paris that weren't very clean, so maybe that can't be helped. Overall it was a very good facility. thanks.

Olympics 2024
We had a fabulous stay in Paris for the 2024 Olympics. We are a family of five adults and the appt was a perfect size. There is shops and bakeries nearby and the appt is well linked to transport though not in central Paris. The apartment was comfortable and is decorated in a unique way.

Perfect Apartment to explore Paris
We were a family with 3 children (7, 12, 16) and enjoyed the urban atmosphère of the multiculturel district. The apartement is clean, comfortable and with a special urban character. Bakeries and restaurants are only a few minutes away as well as the metro station. Check in and Check out were completely uncomplicated.

Looks Can Be Deceiving
We gave Camille our flight number and despite that, we received a bill because her assistant had to wait for us for "3 hours". First of all, paying her assistant is her responsibility. She also gave us the wrong address so we wound up going to Paris instead of Pantin, where the apartment is located. Also, there were delays due to the worldwide Internet outage. Camille, you and your assistant should have tracked the flight and you also need to leave a lockbox with they key so that your guests can check in whenever they arrive. We do not need a live person to check in which adds to the cost of the stay. Also, the place is older than the pictures made us perceive.

Pantin is for families
My family and I had a wonderful stay at the very chic apartment. Very close to commodities and metro we had an easy stay in Pantin/Paris. The apartment is spacious, clean and loved the deco.

Pantin - Vorort mit kleinen Restaurants und Geschäften
Die Anbindung mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist sehr gut. Man ist schnell im Pariser Stadtzentrum. Die Vermieterin ist gut erreichbar und verhandlungsbereit, was die Ankunfts- und Abreisezeiten angeht. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll dekoriert. (Die Deckenlampe in Form eines Wals war das Highlight für meine Tochter.) Die Küche ist einfach ausgestattet, aber gut genug, um Frühstück und Abendessen für die Familie zuzubereiten.

Pleasantly surprised
The apartment was quite charming, very comfortable . Enjoyed the neighborhood pleasantly surprised that there were so many conveniences so close and easy walk too. Convenience, stores markets, grocery bakery, even a shopping mall, transportation stations, lovely restaurants, all within a few minutes 4.5 stars.

Family holiday
We enjoyed our time in the apartment. The owner and the couple that run it for them were wonderful. We really appreciated the early check in as one of our group was unwell. The apartment is not 5 star but it has everything you need and is good value for what you pay. You can buy groceries and fresh baked goods one minute from the apartment. We would recommend it to anyone looking to have a home away from home holiday.

superbe appartement
très bel appartement, très original vintage, spacieux, bien chauffé. Il est situé au rez-de-chaussée. Très proche du métro 5 à pied. Les commerces sont à proximité: boulangeries, petite supérette, épicerie de nuit 7/7. Bon accueil et guidance pour l'arrivée. Document sur place pour donner des explications sur l'appartement et conseils sur ce qu'il y a à voir. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

It's a quaint apartment a little outside central Paris. There's not too much around this part of Paris, but easy to get anywhere. Apartment was a little quirky, and had its charms. Bathroom was fine. Kitchen was basic which we didn't really use. For a short stay it suited us (2 adults and 3 kids)

Welcoming Property
As a family of 6 we were struggling to find somewhere affordable to stay in Paris. We came across this property and chose it based on reviews and proximity to public transportation. When we travel we solely rely on public transportation and we’re able to stick to that with ease! It does take a bit of time to get downtown but it was absolutely worth it for us. There is an AMAZING bakery right down the street from the apartment as well as many restaurants and a grocery store (one restaurant right across the street). Our kids loved playing with the toys at the house! The shower is also so nice that you will never want to get out. The host is a wonderful communicator and is so friendly and easy to get ahold of if need be. I absolutely recommend this property!

We had a great stay, until money was suddenly deducted from our account. They will do whatever they can charge. After our stay, an amount of cleaning costs will be deducted from the account. What has not been agreed. You will also be charged for something we did not do. In short, people who are only after money. Do not book!!!

Retro Apartment
This property is very spacious. Lots of room to move around. Ground floor is literally ground floor. You are on a street corner with lots of traffic and people walking by. so it is noisy certain times of day especially into the evening. People will walk by and look in even though there are curtains. The location is great so if you don’t mind wearing earplugs if you are a light sleeper. We could have used more towels, maybe a coffee pot or toaster. Some of the kitchen stuff could be updated such as a good knife to cut a baguette. The beds are extremely firm so if you don’t like that I wouldn’t recommend. If you are looking for a great location with amazing bakery’s or coffee shops it’s a minute walk or right across the street. Train station isn’t far at all. Even though there were some cons to the property overall it was good.

Beautiful French Apartment
Camile's apartment is lovely. It's spacious and thoughtfully decorated. The location was great; close to the metro, grocery store, cafes, bakeries and restaurants. It was nice to stay in a quieter neighborhood because Paris was extremely busy. The only downside was having no wifi. I know that that is their choice, but as a traveler being able to easily plan your journey is essential.

Basic but adequate for a short family stay. Great communication.
This is a quirky, retro apartment (no WiFi or TV, no microwave) with an open living/dining/kitchen area, a small bathroom with shower, 2 double bedrooms and pull out sofa bed down in a small cellar area off the main living room- and an extra WC room down there. It was perfectly fine for our family of 5 with three kids (9-14yrs) but you wouldn't want very young children here as there is an wide open staircase from behind the dining table leading to the extra sofa bed room downstairs and I would worry about a young child falling down. There are lots of original features in this ground floor apartment but they are showing their age (uneven, crumbling tiled floor in places). But the place is kept clean and it was a great base for us as, even though just outside the arrondissements of Paris, it was just 5 mins walk from the metro or 10 mins walk to the RER so we could get into Paris centre easily to see the sights and used the RER to go to Disney for the day and also got the metro and train to the airport (CDG) easily. Lovely restaurants, supermarket and boulongerie just in walking distance. Great communication with hosts and met upon arrival and departure for key handover, with someone taking care of the apartment in owners absence. They were both lovely and friendly to deal with.

Tout est comme l'annonce le mentionne. À quelques minutes de marche d'un joli canal avec des restos. L'emplacement est donc bien pratique et à 15 min de métro de Gare de l'est. Le quartier m'a semblé sécuritaire. La propriétaire était bien disponible.
