Location could not be better - in the pedestrian area near the opera house, and many restaurants. It was a 5-minute walk to get groceries. “The location and layout of apartment was fantastic and allowed us to have an unbelievable stay in Bordeaux. The rooftop was wonderful and enjoyed many bottles of wine and laughs on it. 10/10.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this beautiful apartment. It has the charm and design of a glorious old space with the amenities of a truly modern kitchen and bathroom. The space is well appointed with paintings and sculpture as if it is an extension of the Beaux Arts Museum across the street. You can walk anywhere in Bordeaux from here, or take a nearby tram if you wish. ”

“Our contact person was very late and arrived without the key. Once we were finally able to get in the place was filthy. Clearly not cleaned from the last guests, and worse, not properly cleaned for a very long time (Covid clean-no way!). Kitchen and bathrooms nasty. The topper was when a trapped pigeon came out of the kitchen stove hood dropping feathers and feces all over before flying out of a window. Never again. Stay far away from this place!”

“My stay in the apartment was perfect. Perfectly situated to walk everywhere. So close to food, shopping and all the main sights. Although I was out most of the time it was a very roomy apartment with all that is required in the kitchen, comfortable bed and lovely bathroom and hot shower. Air conditioning in entire apartment came in very handy as well as the luggage elevator. Great communication throughout my stay. I didn’t stay in Bordeaux long enough and would love to stay in this apartment...

“The apartment is located on the top floor of this old but renovated building, it has a small elevator from the 90s that can only carry two adults. During our stay I never saw anybody else coming in or out or even heard anybody in the other apartments, it felt as if we had the whole building for ourselves. “The booking process was a nightmare because the Web site wouldn't accept my credit card. Jacobo saved the day by phoning me and it took my card over the phone. Who knew? He was a delight as a host. The location near the trams was excellent- no need for a car and the grocery store was across the street. It had all of the amenities and was very secure. We loved it!”

“Appartement propre mais télévision qui fonctionne très très mal. Impossible de suivre les programmes en cette période de fête. Et AUCUNE PRISE EN COMPTE du problème de la part d'un responsable. Aucun déplacement pour venir se rendre compte. (Prétexte : voiture en panne) . Apparemment ne connaît pas les locations de voitures ! Aucune excuse, non plus ! J'attends un dédommagement !”
