Moderno apartamento de 2 dormitorios con WiFi situado en el Área Universal de Paphos

La propiedad está totalmente equipada para sus vacaciones y tiene un salón de planta abierta, área de comedor y área de cocina. En la sala de estar hay un televisor con canales locales y un reproductor de DVD, junto con una serie de DVD disponibles.

Hay dos habitaciones de buen tamaño, una con cama de matrimonio y otra con dos camas individuales grandes. También hay un televisor y un reproductor de DVD en el dormitorio.

La sala de estar y las puertas de los dormitorios se abren a un gran balcón que recorre toda la propiedad y tiene una mesa y sillas junto con hamacas. El balcón también da a la piscina comunitaria.

La propiedad es ideal para el Área Universal y se encuentra a poca distancia del puerto de Paphos, además de contar con un servicio regular de autobuses al puerto. A pocos minutos a pie del apartamento hay un pequeño supermercado, un mercado de frutas y un encantador bar / restaurante que sirve desayuno, almuerzo y cena.

El apartamento tiene aire acondicionado en todas partes con 3 nuevos acondicionadores de aire instalados en 2017.

La hermosa playa de arena está a solo 7 minutos en coche o entre 20 y 25 minutos a pie.

Alquiler de coches bajo petición sujeto a disponibilidad. Traslado al aeropuerto se puede organizar sujeto a disponibilidad. Los costos de ambos servicios se pueden proporcionar más a la investigación.

Lovely Apartment
My family and I stayed in this apartment in Oct/Nov 2024. The apartments was lovely and clean and the information contained in the listing was correct. Dale, our host, was great at replying to messages leading up to and during the holiday. The apartment is away from the main tourist area but close to the local bus stops which take you to the Kings Mall and near to the harbour where you can either take a short 15 minute walk or another bus directly to the harbour. The veranda is lovely, with lots of room to eat and sunbathe and dry your holiday wahsing and overlooks the pool. We had a lovely and enjoyable week and would consider the apartment again.

Schöne, saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Problemloser Check-In auch aufgrund der guten Kommunikation des Vermieters. Ein Mietwagen ist erforderlich. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen!

Needs Deep Clean and Updated Photos
Overall in good decorative order, good water pressure and host communicative but kitchen needs deep clean, pillows and mattress topper were stained, compound/kitchen photos inaccurate as pictures do not show new apartments and building works which have been there for some time or missing vegetation. Pool UW lights do not work, 4 of 6 poolside sunbeds broken, officially 'closed' as compound will not pay for lifeguard, not suitable for little children as 0.8M shallow end and not screened from compound traffic. Noisy as mixed Cypriot, Brits and refugee compound between main road & local school. Witnessed 4 domestics and 1 visit by Police during 2 week stay. Welcome pack out of date, 1 spare toilet roll, no hand soap on arrival not great as is 1 8W light bulb in 1 room. Host seemed surprised by issues & apologetic. Cleanliness &photos can be fixed easily but not sure about the rest.

Family holiday to Paphos
We stayed for 9 nights in this fab apartment. Was everything we needed with two little ones. Pool was pretty much empty every time we used it. Area was quiet but within easy reach of all the local amenities. Communication with property owner was fab - really helpful and the book/email of local info was fab. Simple checkin and checkout meant we could access the apartment straight away and leave when we needed to for our flight. We had the best time

Le logement était conforme au descriptif fourni. Le propriétaire est très réactif au niveau de la communication. L’appartement est propre, spacieux, avec une belle terrasse bien exposée et la piscine de la résidence est très bien. Le tout se situe dans un environnement assez calme. Le front de mer n’est pas à proximité et il est préférable d’avoir un véhicule afin de visiter les différents endroits de l’île. Seul le réseau wifi n’a pas fonctionné pendant notre séjour mais cela n’a pas été un problème.

From the minute we booked every thing went well any quires we had Dale the host responded very quickly. What you see on the can is what you get. Excellent balcony with adequate furniture, the rooms where a great size. sometimes you find the beds at some place not to comfortable but not here they where very comfortable, poll was great if i had any complaint it would be not there long enough. Thanks for a great stay

Lovely Apartment Complex Average.
The apartment was the cleanest and tidiest rental we have ever had. There was plenty of bed linen and towels. The kitchen was well equiped for our self catering. The pool had been drained supposedly for maintenance but none done in the time we were there. Dale had told us of this beforehand and compensated us. We found that the complex was very noisey due to a lot of apartments being modernised. With lots of building type rubbish left around the dustbins which the dustmen would not take. I realise this was beyond Dales control but still part of our holiday. Thank you Dale for your contact to ensure everything was fine we enjoyed our stay the apartment was great.

Très bonne communication avec Dale le propriétaire. Le logement est conforme au descriptif, très bien équipé et climatisé, parking facile pour se garer. Il y a 2 piscines et une magnifique terrasse très bien orientée avec vue sur piscine. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Fantastic apartment with everything you could need
Excellent apartment in a quiet complex. The apartment itself was equipped for any need. 2 spacious bedrooms a comfortable & spacious kitchen/lounge/diner and a massive balcony overlooking the pool. Bathroom was also spacious with an over the bath shower. All in all I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Had excellent communication with the owner, before, during & after our stay. Friendly neighbours and within an easy 10 min walk of an excellent diner (Pambis), Grill (Oreganos) & Farmers Market which has everything you may need, including fresh fruit & veg from the farm. The only thing you need to be aware of is the main area of Paphos is a 25-30 min walk, but if you are coming to Paphos, I would advice renting a car.

First visit to Cyprus, Paphos.
This is our first booking through VRBO, to be honest we hadn't heard of them before, but if this is what to expect then we will certainly be using them in the future. The apartment, exactly what we wanted, as described, clean and with all the facitilies that a family might require for a self contained holiday. Everything worked well from the air conditioning (definately required to get to sleep in the evenings), the good wifi, this only struggled a little when all 4 of us we using it simultaneously, and the solar heating meant plenty of hot water for showers. The property managers communication was excellent. The terrace was ideally located and you could sunbathe on the sunloungers provided in privacy until the sun was almost set. The complex was OK, the pool and area was clean and not overly used. There is a sign that the pool is closed but the property manager advised that it was still fine to use, the sign has been put up as there are no lifeguards available. Location was very quiet, an excellent restaurant, Pambis Diner, is just a few minutes walk and in the opposite direction Tasty takeaway. There's a couple of supermakets just 5 minutes walk away too. To get to the centre of Paphos you will need to walk for around 30 minutes, or if you can work out the timetables a bus service. The only thing to let it down were the lack of sunloungers by the pool and damage to the steps leading to the apartment. This comment does not reflect on who we let the apartment from.

Lovely clean apartment in a nice development.
Dale gave us good directions to the apt and left lots of useful info. He checked we had settled in OK and was a caring and flexible host. The apartment is very clean and well equipped, with a wonderful large balcony which offers both shade and sun throughout the day (a rare combination). And the pool area is lovely for a dip... well tended and nice and quiet. The old town, harbour area and shopping mall are all a fair distance away (25-30 mins) but we walked to each of them a couple of times and just took it easy, chatting and enjoying the sunshine. (We were passed by quite a few buses which had local stops but decided to walk anyway.) Lot's of nice restaurants at those locations but our favourite was the nearby (8 mins) "Pambis Diner" which had great food, service and entertainment. Thanks Dale.

Lovely stay
Lovely pool, great apartment had everything we needed for a week stay. Dale is very responsive with messages and helps in any way possible. Walking distance (20mins) to harbour which is full of restaurants & shops. Short walk (less than 10 mins ) to local mini market shops

Lovely comfortable apartment with a large balcony.. the pool was large and well kept.
Good place, quite a walk to the sea but bus stops close by. The staircase could be if it from some tiles being replaced and sun beds needed around the pool as some were in disrepair. Equipment in the apartment was ok in need of oven proof dishes as we was there for 6 weeks and so cooked to eat in. Sharp knifes also needed only a bread knife . I do also think that bathroom shelving would benefit the apartment help

A great apartment. Very clean and spacious. Loved our balcony.
Dale is very helpful. He arranged for our pick up from the airport with Rob who was also great. The apartment was as described and just what we wanted. Area was quiet and we pretty much had sole use of the pool. Would definitely recommend this again. Had a lovely holiday.

Nice apartment for my winter chill out
I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 month winter break in Dale's apartment, & unreservedly recommend it. Communications were good throughout my stay, with any questions or issues I had dealt with in a timely manner. It completely suited my purposes of relaxing, long walks & swimming in the sea (the pool is too cold in Dec, Jan, Feb). Location. + Nice, quiet complex, & nice pool area. + Good if you have a car - Be prepared to do a lot of walking as the bus services are few & far between. Nearest decent shop (Pop Life) 1 mile. Sea front 1.5 miles. Old town 1.5 miles uphill. + I wanted the walking as part of my daily exercise routine, so not a problem. Apartment + Clean, tidy & in good order. Modern (quiet) air con throughout. The main 3 rooms have full wall double glazed sliders opening out onto a good sized patio area - which has decent loungers & dining table & chairs. Bedrooms + 2 good sized rooms with decent beds, lots of bed linen & pillows. 1 large double bed & 2 singles. Kitchen / diner/ living area + All good for storage, cooking, eating & relaxing. + Ex Pat TV for all the main Freeview channels - Although it does hang sometimes. Bathroom + Decent sized bath, good water pressure at the shower head, plenty of towels. - could do with more shelving, whats up is adequate for 1 person.

Dale's apartment.
Dale's apartment is located in a nice quiet location. The apartment is clean and tidy , the bedrooms are spacious enough for two. I would suggest a welcoming pack , would make any guest stay that more welcoming, having the option, of making a cup of tea or the choice of a drink of water or juice , bread or biscuits on arrival .Guest or prone to arrive at any time , so this would certainly go a long way for any guest. I would also suggest maybe some curtains at the window ,as the blinds limits your privacy. One final suggestion would be to , have the property manager meet the guest to check everything was to their satisfaction .

The Apartment was lovely very clean with a nice large balcony Any questions we asked Dale he replied very quickly. We had a very peaceful relaxing Holiday Found some lovely places to eat .King Pakora is the best Indian we had eaten in during our holiday . Perfect place for relaxing
