“The Thomas Guard house is a very special place! The setting is spectacular, with waterfall and jungle views from multiple lanais. There was plenty of space for our group of seven to spread out (including three kids and two grandmas) - everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, which was ideal for our family. The house is beautifully and lovingly restored and well-maintained. There is no air conditioning, but each bedroom has a ceiling fan and a floor fan, so we all slept in relative...

“This is a beautiful, spacious country side property. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a complete spice rack, olive oil, some coffee, sweetener packets and creamer. Liked the 2 queen beds (one sofa bed) and a king. Most places here have full instead of queen. Bath was well stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Shower floor was non-slip. Hair dryer provided. Our favorite thing was the free petting zoo. Many goats, sheep, ducks, dogs and a cat. They love people and will come...

“Tolle, große Unterkunft. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Hat alles was man braucht und mega gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft in Hilo. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 5-10 Minuten in Hilo Downtown und bei Supermärkten. Absolute Weiterempfehlung ! :)”
