Relaxing Week
The property was very clean, easy to get around, and the location was perfect! The views from the unit were amazing. We love going to the beach in November as it’s cooler and it’s not overcrowded. The outside pool was a bit chilly due to recent weather and night-time temps but the indoor pool was a great alternative when we tired of the beach for the day. The condo was clean and we love having access to doing laundry right in the unit. As a working mom, being able to go home with clean laundry is a win-win! We will definitely keep this unit in mind for our next PCB visit.

4th Floor Paradise!!
It was a great place. The kitchen was nicely equipped, which is great because we cook a lot of meals!! Beautiful views of course. Our trip unfortunately got cut short due to hurricane Helene🙁. Plenty of space for our group of 8!!

Beautiful views
Had a great time at the place. Beds were comfy and kitchen was stocked with all the necessities. Need to check out the bar and grill by the pool. We mostly ate downstairs at H2O since the food and drinks were amazing. Only thing was, it’s a long walk to the vehicle, so we didn’t leave very often.

Great stay!
We had a great week! It accommodated our group of 10 perfectly! Be aware the bedroom by the road is a little warmer than the rest and the bar across the street can be heard. We had one maintenance issue, but management was very quick to respond. Highly recommend!

enjoyed our stay
Our family enjoyed our stay. lots of room, The location over the pool was nice and we didn't have to wait long for the elevators. Lots of security Which was helpful in making sure unruly teenagers stayed calm. Parking cost 40.00 per vehicle which was confusing at first as the description says parking passes are in the room. The security was very helpful in directing us. Overall very good experience. Thank you.

Gorgeous Condo on the Beach!
This condo certainly did not disappoint! It had plenty of room for our group which consisted of teenagers and adults. All of the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows if needed. The dryer did take 3-4 times to dry; however, we contacted property management and they responded right away. It didn’t necessarily affect our stay so they said they would look into it after we left. The security onsite were all extremely friendly along with the staff. This is our second time staying at Majestic but first at this condo and we would definitely book here again! Just NOT during bike week. Too hectic and loud.

This corner condo is so nice and roomy. Decorated beautifully. The balcony area was so nice to sit out on. It is a corner so the space is great even with the windy days. I would highly recommend this condo!! 4 th floor is a plus also!!

The condo is exactly like the picture and Emerald Coast was super easy to book with! We loved being so close to the beach and all of the best restaurants! All 11 of us stayed comfortably!

Perfect family getaway
This condo was absolutely perfect for our group of 7. The use of space was ideal and the view couldn’t be beat! We had everything we needed and we can’t wait to come back next year. Plenty of activities within a 10 minute drive in every direction. We especially appreciated the well equipped kitchen as we like to cook while on vacation and had no problem doing so.

Absolutely a winner
Everything worked, no clogged drains, super comfy beds, comforters were so soft, super clean, short elevator ride which means EVERYTHING when you have dripping wet kids from the pool. Security onsite who were very knowledgeable, specialty coffees right downstairs...this place was lovely! We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Book it!

There was some inconveniences
None of the tvs in the bedrooms worked. That was an inconvenience. And the elevator close to our room was not working and two days we couldn’t use the stairs and had to go to tower 2 just to get to our room..

Unit wasn’t bad but long walk to it.
We picked the end unit over the pool so my mom (age 78) could watch her great-granddaughter. There was an elevator close to our end of the building but it was out of order then closed because of construction on the first floor. This made it much more difficult to get hr in and out of the unit. The unit it self wasn’t bad but could definitely use some deep cleaning. We had to stack multiple cushions on the outdoor chair so my mom could get out of it. There is a loud bar across the street. The unit is huge.

Lol don’t stay here. The pictures are very inaccurate. Some cushions outside on furniture on balcony are missing/tore/have mold on them. The sliding door where the laundry is located fell off the first day. There’s mold in the bathrooms. The room with the full size beds have twin size comforters so that makes no sense. One of the twin size beds didn’t even have a comforter made up on the bed. I don’t think anything was washed because they had “that smell”. Can’t forget the vomit on the side of the toilet from the previous renters!!!! Upon arriving, we had 2 dust pans full of sand from floors. Like I said previously nothing was washed. We had to go out and buy cleaning products on top of the cleaning fee. Would love to reach out to owners and tell them they have great decorating skills but it would like a lot better with the stains out of the furniture/rugs. I’m sure they feel good ripping off people off. I’d like my money back lol Don’t waste your time reaching out to customer service. After pictures were sent, they didn’t respond and now my stay is over.
