Overalls the home was nice, but the issues we had with the condo itself I will never stay at that resort again. Every time we were at the pool we were approached by security to check arm bands it made us feel like we were constantly being watched. You would think after the second day the man would have recognized us. We were contacted a couple of days into stay informing us we would lose access to the balcony for the last two days we were there, do to unforeseen construction. I firmly believe everyone knew this construction would be taking place or if that was really even the truth,but all of our furniture was removed and they didn’t even remove it the day they said they were they came the day prior to get it then on the morning we were checking out before we were even able to check out of the condo maintenance knocked on our door to put our furniture back in but it wasn’t our original furniture. It was brand new furniture so I think that they lied to us about the construction they just wanted to put new furniture in the place, so why couldn’t they let us have the furniture in till we checked out? None of it made since. Also, on our last night there we were all around the Jacuzzi about 8 o’clock at night. It was just me and my family and friends. A lot of small children were around and this big giant OB security guard come flying around the corner got down into my husband’s personal space to tell him to put his cigarette out before he got kicked off the premises and was not allowed back in. I do understand that my husband was at fault for lighting the cigarette because apparently you were not allowed to smoke around the pool, but the aggressiveness the security guard approached us with is what had me upset, especially when we had children around. Our condo was very nice and the building and property were well taken care of. It was just as we expected and enjoyed our 2 week stay very much. Many good resturants in the area but tourist attractions not open for the season yet as of March 4th.

The floors in the condo were filthy, I don’t think it’s been mopped in ages. Not enough towels and there are only 3 forks in the cutlery drawer. Really needs a clean up!

Great girls getaway!
It was immaculately clean and very comfortable! Great location! Awesome for fur babies! Plenty to do and nice restaurants nearby! Only downside was beach chair rental rate, but that’s not on you guys! Staff was very friendly and professional! We’d come back in a heartbeat!❤️

Nice condo
Stayed at the condo with my husband and our small dog. I was so happy to bring him with us, and it was a perfect plan. The condo is nicely decorated, as pictured. I would suggest you upgrade your bedding. The sheets in the master were in the need of replacing and I would suggest an upgrade. Bedding is so important and should not be overlooked. The bed itself was comfortable and the pillows were fine also. The kitchen could use some teaspoons. We could only find one, plenty of tablespoons though. One dish towel for the week is also stingy. These are my only negatives, otherwise this condo would be perfect. The heated pool was closed the day we went to look for it, and the other pool was too cold for swimming.

Condo was nice but had a few small issues
The condo was nice and stocked well. However it was not as clean as we would like. I understand it’s the beach right! Lots of sand everywhere inside the condo. Someone before us had a black dog that left hair everywhere. We stayed during tropical storm Fred. We received emails stating to bring in the patio furniture. Which was already in when we arrived. The day before the storm hit we spent on the beach. My wife and daughter went to use the bathroom and found a man in the condo removing the furniture and outside rugs. We got no notice they were coming in. Notice would be nice! Other than the few issues the view was great and the location was perfect.

We had a wonderful time. The property was well stocked with supplies for cleaning, toilet paper, and beach equipment. The only complaint would be how backed up the elevators always were whichbis no fault of the owner.

Busy week at PCB
Very nice property with everything you need….including a Keurig! This is a property in a 22 floor tower located directly on the beach (tower 1). Priceless view and well appointed. On a busy week (we went July 4th) the elevators get busy so patience is needed. Beach chairs are available for rent, or you can use the ones left on the balcony in a nice storage box. We also had live music playing by the Tiki Bar on multiple nights..nice unexpected bonus. Parking tip: use the open air parking or the overflow garage and avoid the spaces in Tower 2. It is very tight in there and spots are difficult to get into if you drive something bigger than a midsize car. We walked across the street to access parking and were able to get in and out much quicker.
