Much needed quite time

Perfect Spot
This was our first time staying at Tidewater Beach Resort and we loved every second of it. The condo was perfect for our family; very clean, more than enough room and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beach chairs added to the enjoyment of the week along with all the guys who work hard to keep you in the shade. Can’t wait to go back in 2025. Thanks for another incredible family vacation, PCB!

Great unit, great location
Great property. Loved the spacious floor plan and being on the second floor was so nice because we could avoid the elevators especially since one side was out on check in day. The only downside was the door was right in front of the second floor elevators on that end of the building so there were often people right outside the condo when we were going in and out.

Family Vacation
Property and location are great! We are a family of 9 and there was plenty of room for all of us. Floors were very dirty and we had to request basic cleaning supplies because they are not furnished. We would stay here again if you get rid of the chair and tent police Vivian. She is a nightmare for people who are only trying to enjoy their vacation.

Great Unit
This unit was perfect for our family beach vacation! The rooms were nice and spacious, the kitchen was decently stocked, and the view of the ocean is incredible. The best part about this rental is that there is no need to ever use the elevators, which are always crazy busy for a 30 floor building. My only drawback is that the pools and hot tubs in the facility are not really well maintained, and the pool bathrooms always stink terribly.

Family Beach Trip
We really enjoyed our stay this week. This was our first stay at The Tidewater. Only minor complaint about our room is the front two bedrooms would benefit from having blackout curtains. Even with the blinds closed, the hallway light outside the condo was very bright. Other than that, everything was great! Especially enjoyed being on the second floor and not having to wait for the elevator all the time.

Perfect Beach Vacay!
Condo - perfect! It had everything we needed, great location, and very comfortable. It was ready for us early during a very busy spring break week - we took advantage and enjoyed the beach for a few hours! Property - being on the 2nd (technically 3rd) floor was perfect! The elevator situation can get very chaotic in the building but we were able to avoid that altogether as we easily took the stairs to the beach/pools/gym/etc and were able to park on the 2nd floor of the parking garage. It felt very safe and secure as well during a very busy spring break time! Overall, I highly recommend this condo!!

Property was great. 2 suggestions. It needs another towel hook in the master bathroom by the 2nd sink and a stick vacuum cleaner would be nice for the cart. We enjoyed our stay. Thank.

Great getaway!
We had a great stay for fall break. Family of 5 with three of them being teens. The location was great, walking distance to Pier Park and plenty of other things for the kids to do. The condo was spacious and comfortable. Being on the second floor was nice and convenient because we didn’t have to use the elevators for anything.

Room was nice. Dishwasher was non working and full of water. We called daily to have it fixed but never got anyone to come fix it in the 5 days we were there. Hand washing dishes on vacation was not fun

Very upset by “registering” process especially after paying as much as did for condo. It was considered late and had to pay 10 more:( The elevators were horrific. The condo was amazing though.

Nice enough but Could Be Better
Our room was nice enough, however the property overall was kind of rough. The door to our unit had been kicked in & never repaired. We put the kitchen chair up against it at night. One of the washer/dryer closet doors was off the wall. Our unit was nice & modern. The overall property was kinda run down. The staff was nice. The beach & beach chairs were great.

Great location & beautiful views
We loved staying in this spacious three-bedroom condo at the Tidewater Beach Resort for January and February! Huge living room has a large screen smart TV, comfortable couches with spectacular floor to ceiling ocean views! The space is perfect for entertaining and has a huge dining room table that can easily accommodate 10 adults. The Kitchen has a low bar and stainless steel appliances. There is plenty of storage, counter space and a nice big pantry. The master king bedroom features a bay window and doors directly to balcony so you can hear the ocean waves drift you off to sleep. We were interested in staying here next year and called several times but we we’re unable to establish any relationship with the agent and get a quote. Other realtors had someone specifically assigned to working with snowbirds, but ECDI did not . We were repeatedly referred to ECDI return customer website and no agents were able to assist us.

I would recommend this condo if…
The condo itself was well decorated, nice location, loved being on the 2nd floor, the condo had everything we needed. I was very disappointed in the condo not being very clean. The master bedroom comforter smelled pretty bad we washed it once still had a bad smell so we put it aside until we were about to leave and put it back in the washer so hopefully it will be better for the next guest. I wish I could post photos but the ceiling fans had thick dust on them, light fixtures had thick dust, the countertop in the bathrooms and kitchen were not wiped down with cleaners. The side tables and coffee table were filthy, floors were sticky, showers have not been cleaned as they have mold growing in them. Overall we had a great week there. I would recommend the owner to find a better cleaning company or you will continue to get complaints. I would also recommend washing the comforters after each guest along with sheets and towels.

Great stay
It was convenient to get to the beach without have to wait too long for elevators. Clean place with plenty of space! My only complaint was the blinds don’t block the light from the lobby by the elevator and it was very bright! Overall great place and would 100% stay here again!
