Tenemos 2BR, 2B condominio directamente enfrente de la playa. Cuenta con piscinas 4 notan, tejo, putputgolf, 2 pistas de tenis, mesas de billar, acceso a internet, entradas cerradas, seguridad nocturna. Tenemos un porche privado con mesa y sillas. La entrada trasera va a Hwy98 que le da un acceso rápido a toda la ciudad de Panamá. La unidad puede dormir 8 personas. Tiene una gran lavadora y secadora. Sólo pintado, alfombra nueva. Cuenta con 2 neveras y lavavajillas

Higgonbotham Hideaway
Are stay was great! My kids loved the pools (which are within walking distance), dumpster easily accessible and no odors from it! We were there for softball nationals and the location was 1.5 miles to one set of fields, and 8.5 miles from the other venue we played at👍! Very close to Pier Park and Front Beach road. Stores and gas station are close. The condo really worked out well for our needs!! The only negatives are the interior is slightly outdated and a few paint touch ups. This, DID NOT affect our stay or happiness with what we had. Thank you Mr. Higgonbotham! We will most likely be back next year. 4.8 ⭐️ J. Doyle & Family

4th of July Weekend
We stayed over the 4th of July Weekend. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is nice and comfortable. It was nice having 2 bathroom since we have teenagers. We liked the amenities, pools and Beach access. Overall great experience!

Lovely community
The privacy and security of the community made staying feel very relaxing. The condo was wonderful. Perfect for my husband and myself and our pets. Love the private entry. Quiet! Had everything we needed.

What a memorable vacation!
We absolutely adored our stay! It was perfect! The home was very clean, didn’t stink, and cozy! However I think toilet paper should be provided. And checking in, we were told we needed to have a $20 wrist band, and a $25 parking pass for your vehicle to be in the resort. The listing never said anything about the wrist band or parking pass, per the resort

Panama City Beach is beautiful
Condo was clean and appropriately a 10 minute walk to the beach. It is very small . Would be best for 2 people. The second bedroom is a balcony open to living space with no privacy. Furniture is not what is showen in the pitures . Overall condo is very dated and in need of renovation. Commication with owner was delayed

No AC in Florida not one day we were there. Condo was in bad shape, the 1 TV that was in the place didn't work half the time. It was supposed to be a 2 br 2 bath, it was a 1 br and a loft no door to the second bedroom. The mattress in the master felt like it was 20 yrs old. Patio furniture was unusable due to the chairs being rotted out. No equipment to enjoy the amenities of the resort. Host didn't even know the gate code. Water was dripping in the master closet. We had to sleep with the door open due to no AC. We couldn't get the pool bands until Monday. Supposed to be across from the beach, it was 20 minute walk. Bathroom vent was falling and made a awful sound. We have pics and video if you need it. It did disturb our vacation, and are not happy.

Great trip
We gad a great time and the property was exactly as described! We enjoyed the pools and overall location of the property. The only thing I didn't like was that we had to pay to use the swimming pools ($20 per person for the duration of your stay), although the property is advertised with 3 swimming pools; thats the management company though, not the owner. We would rent here again. We loved the primacy and easy accessibility, parking was directly infront of our rental, kitchen came with everything we needed too! It was a great experience!

Perfect stay for 2-4 people!
It was just my wife and me as well as our chihuahua. The property is relatively close to beach, you can walk or park close enough to walk across the street. The facility has three, very clean pools to use. Very quiet community and our vacation was very relaxing. Look forward to our next stay. P and D Points

Beach time
We had a fun time at the beach, was a ten min walk to the sand. I now know that I need a better beach cart to haul all of our stuff. The room was clean, the air conditioner worked well and the neighborhood was friendly. But we spent most of our time on the beach.

Owner doesn't disclose that once you arrive you have to go to the main office and acquire parking pass and arm bands that are required by everyone on property even if you just have a friend stop by that isn't staying and even if you don't use any of the community's run down amenities. The bands are 20 a piece so if you have the 6 people that the place says it sleeps figure in another 120$ for arm bands that are required to stay after paying the owner 800 for 3 days. I feel you shouldn't be forced to pay for arm bands when you have no intention of using their pool. Their are no other real amenities for adults. This property was over a half mile walk to the beach from our townhouse type condo. The actual condo was not bad but just really pissed that the owner did not disclose the extra cost of arm band. Panama city itself makes you bleed money when you go and unexpected expenses like this are ridiculous. The bathrooms at the pool were filthy and they have some crazy security guard that comes through harassing the kids about arm bands every 15 minutes and riding parking lots constantly looking for pass violators, this place is not on the beach and not that nice. Definitely not worth all the extra. We were told the arm bands went up from 5 to 20 a piece since last year. Absolutely ridiculous for the lack of and cleanliness of this properties facility. Won't come back!

Much needed get away

Great location
Nice place to stay for a few days for a small family. Bed are comfy and the location is great to everything and it’s a short drive to park and walk across the street to the beach and the pool was great to get in when the ocean was rough.

Great place!
We had a great stay, the condo was clean and had everything we needed. Frank called me twice before our arrival to make sure check in went smoothly. He even gave us suggestions for good restaurants in the area. We had a little trouble with the WiFi initially but Frank was very responsive and we got it figured out quickly. My only suggestion would be that the grill isn’t really usable, as it is rusted through completely on the bottom. It didn’t bother us since we wouldn’t have used it anyway but if my husband was with us it would be a disappointment as he would want to use it. We had a great week at this condo and would recommend it to others.
