Gulf Crest es un frente al mar, complejo cerrado situado directamente en la playa de la península de la Florida. El condominio de 22 pisos cuenta con jardines tropicales, aparcamiento cubierto adjunto, con parking reservado, tres ascensores de alta velocidad, dos grandes piscinas exteriores (una climatizada en temporada), una choza de Tiki sirve comida y bebidas (en temporada), dos al aire libre Hot Tubs, Kiddy piscina, gazebos Uno, Cuatro parrillas de carbón, gimnasio, sala de juegos, club de habitaciones, y acceso directo a la playa. Una oficina en el lugar es atendido diariamente 08:30-cinco y media CST, y se proporciona seguridad las 24 horas.

Esta unidad de 1,800 pies cuadrados frente al mar cuenta con un plano de planta abierto con ventanas de piso a techo que ofrecen mucha luz natural y una vista sin obstáculos de la playa y el océano. Como se puede ver en las imágenes, hay ventanas alrededor del condominio con vistas espectaculares a su alrededor.

Amazing condo
We loved this condo so much this was our second time staying here! We absolutely loved the upgrades in both bathrooms!! The two things we would change is how hard the living room balcony's door is to slide open. And the chairs at the bar are slightly wobbly. But this is such a minor issue considering the whole condo is wonderful.

Amazing Stay
Our stay with GulfCrest was nothing short of amazing. The views were breath taking, with more fun than we expected! We will definitely be coming back. Our 5 children ages 2 up to 7 were in heaven with our week at Gulf Crest and the smiles on their faces for the week could never be forgotten or replaced!

Spring Break 2024
The condo location was excellent with many restaurants and activities for teenagers to do within walking distance. Views were amazing. Plenty of room for 8 people plus other friends who stopped by for dinner. Only recommendation is to add some mirrors in the condo. The only mirrors were in both bathrooms. A mirror in the bedroom would be helpful when everyone is getting ready.

We have stayed at Gulf Crest now for the last 5 years and couldnt be happier with them. The location is perfect. The view is unbelievable. We wouldnt stay anywhere else. We already have another vacation booked at Gulf Crest for September and cant wait.

The check in process was easy. The floor was gross. It turned our feet black very quickly. It needed to be mopped badly. The shower in the master bath drained extremely slow leaving water backed up when showering. That is so gross, especially in a rental property. The handles for both showers seemed as if they were going to fall off at any minute. There were no trash bags, no laundry detergent, dish detergent, extra toilet paper, or even hand soap in the condo. We had to go and buy all of that. There were about 4 coffee mugs total, which would’ve been okay if there was a way to wash them either by hand or in the dishwasher. There were 2 kitchen towels total (not enough for 7 people for 5 days at all). The location was great and the view is amazing, but not having simple things for guests makes it seem like the host didn’t really care about your experience.

The condo was nice and spacious for our family. We had 8 total. Beautiful views. Beds were very comfortable for everyone. The bathrooms could use some updating and the cleaning service could do better. Floor was still dirty and the comforter in the master bedroom was dirty. Other than that it was a great place to stay. Parking was good (we drive 1 tons) and loved that it was gated. Super friendly staff. We will definitely be back.

Disappointed
First off the bad side, the cleanliness was very upsetting. All of the dishes had to be washed because there was still food on most them and there was hair in the shower. To have such a high cleaning fee I was expecting better. The sink didn’t drain so when we attempted to cook it was a nightmare. The bathroom light stopped working so we used a lamp for a day. I did contact the company several times for maintenance and they eventually got it all fixed. Definitely needs some updating for sure. Several outlets did not work and barely any water pressure in the shower. The washer and dryer needs a very good cleaning because of mold.And we had a 6 am built in alarm clock thanks to the construction right next door. Now for the good side. The view is amazing! The beds are comfortable and plenty of room for the 8 of us staying.

Great vacation spot
Great property and location was excellent plenty of room for family. Kitchen could use a few more essentials and bathrooms especially showers could use an update. Overall excellent Elevators were fast and the balcony and view was wonderful.

Needs Attention
Nice condo, but needs attention. The condo needs a deep cleaning. The bottom of the bathtub was covered in sand, obviously it hadn’t been cleaned, the floors in the condo were dirty as well. If you are planning on doing any cooking, this condo isn’t for you. The condo may sleep 10 people, but it does not accommodate 10 people. The kitchen is poorly stocked with plates, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, etc. The kitchen has the bare minimum in it. There was one dish towel and dish rag, six towels for three bedrooms, no beach towels, you will have to buy anything you need to clean for the week. On Friday and Saturday night we got to listen to the music and DJ coming from the bar and liquor store in front of the condo. Other than the music coming from the bar, this condo could be really nice with some TLC and a new cleaning service.

The view was beautiful. The location was fantastic. Over all clean, we could not use the coffee pot due to old coffee grounds that had molded. Before we went to the beach the floor was very gritty like it wasn't swept. Overall was a great stay just a few minor things.

We loved this condo. It was spacious and the lay out was perfect. Also perfect is the view from the gorgeous wrap around balcony. We were close to the elevators, stairs & trash shoot. The elevators were clean, cool & fast. Easy access to the pool & beach. Great location also. We plan to stay here again next year.

Condo is nice. Good all rooms had king beds. Needs balcony furniture. Not enough seating there for the whole family. Also screen was missing from living room sliding door. It needs some large pans for cooking
