Kitchen sink kept leaking. Reported it and it was never fixed. Spent a lot of time wiping water from the floor and turning on and off the water line when using g the kitchen.

Great location, great view, great amenities. Riding the elevator can be a challenge during busy times of the day but the location is perfect.

Family Spring Break
We had a wonderful time here with our family for spring break. It was clean, comfortable and fun. There are plenty of extras offered as well. We read about the elevators being an issue but we had no problems at all.

Amazing spring break trip
Wow! I cannot say enough good things about this unit and the resort in general. We arrived during the middle of a rush of spring breakers and the area was completely nuts. However the resort did a fabulous job checking for wristbands to ensure only invited guests were onsite. Now on to the condo…absolutely fabulous. Well equipped kitchen and unit with every detail imagined addressed. The beach chairs were fabulous for the girls and I on the beach. Communication from the owners was fast and thorough. It was spring break, so it was loud. And elevators were slow. But we were prepared for that. The girls are ready to go back and I would not hesitate to rebook this unit!

We had a great stay here! She was an amazing host, everything was very clean and well kept. It was the perfect location and very easy to get to everything. Check in was very easy as well as the parking. She gave very detailed instructions ans I would recommend staying here! 10/10

Great condo beautiful views
Condo had more than enough room for our family and everything we needed. Love the extras like trash bags, hand soap dish detergent, dish soap and even laundry detergent! You spoiled us. Having the parking passes and wristbands in the room was so nice along with being able to enter the garage with code. We felt like VIPs. I got locked out of the room and Anna was there to help me. It was nice to know she was just a text away! Great stay at the Shores, we can’t wait to come back.

Great condo . . . super clean and well appointed. The entire facility was immaculate; pool, beach, grounds and garage. Most convenient location on Panama City Beach and Anne (owner) is extremely friendly and easy to contact. Can’t go wrong with this one !!!

Wonderful Room & Host
The property was exactly as pictured. We encountered no issues at the property. The only issue we had was prior to check-in and my fault because I missed an email that had been sent a few weeks earlier. I contacted the host and Anne responded promptly and was super kind and helpful. She got us taken care of right away, before it was even a true issue. Overall it was a nice and enjoyable experience. I'd absolutely book this property again.

The condo was very cute and very roomy and well supplied for our family of 5. I love the Shores of Panama resort for the pool and convenience to the beach. My only complaint on the condo was that it could have been cleaned better before we got there.

Great time!
After reading some other poor reviews, I was weary about this trip. However, we had a great stay in August. The condo/garage appeared to be half full so other people’s complaints about the crowded garage and long elevator wait times were not really an issue for us. The condo was recently renovated and had an appealing look to it. There was even some nice touches like a stack of magazines and pool noodles you could use. They even had Pineapple Willy’s refillable cups available to borrow so frozen mixed drinks could be purchased at the cheaper refill price! Pineapple Willy’s is a popular bar/restaurant on the beach and its right next door to this condo!

Great condo. Great space for family of 6. Well equipped kitchen. Convenient shopping nearby. Busy location overall. Traffic to come and go at peak times in the evening. Elevators frequently full and we would have to wait for another elevator. Arrived and no towels in condo but contacted rental and this was quickly resolved. Beach was beautiful but very crowded. Overall a good family vacation.

Adorable and Convenient
Anne was great addressing any issue I had (I locked myself out.) Condo was clean a perfect size for our little family. The girls loved the bunk room. Prepare to wait a while on the elevators. Overall great experience.

Awesome unit
The description online is spot on. Updated unit with plenty of sleeping options and 3 full bathrooms. Beautiful view of the gulf and pool and good elevator access. Washer and dryer and tv’s all worked great. Refrigerator and Freezer have an ice maker which was a great option. And the beach chairs, they were the talk of our group. They fold up as a wagon to help haul items to the beach and are very comfortable. We were the only unit in our group that had them. Complex is in walking distance to food and shops. Owners were very responsive. If coming back to PCB we’d definitely stay in this unit again.

We loved everything about our stay. Yes the wait for elevators was long at times, but you’re still on vacation!! I would have definitely loved to know that I was booking during college senior week. The young men at times were very obnoxious. Different week, I would definitely stay again. The unit was exactly as listed.

This condo is very nice and clean. The WiFi was a little slow and the elevators are hard to get on, but this is due to there being so many condo’s and not very many elevators to accommodate. Overall, it was a great stay. We will definitely be back. 😁
