Perfect stay!
This property was everything advertised and more. It was clean, neat, comfortable and had everything you might need for a stay at the beach. Dawn did a great job of including thoughtful items and keeps a very clean unit! The view was perfect, bed was comfortable and we enjoyed everything about our stay. The bathroom was nice and spacious and included useful self care items. We will be back to stay here again!

The unit itself was good, Dawn was great! The only complaint is the elevator at the complex! Wait times for the elevator were at times extremely lengthy! This would deter me from staying at this complex again!

Perfect for my stay
I was in town to race in the Gulf Coast Ironman 70.3 race. Dawn's condo was a 6 minute walk to the race, so I never needed to drive. Before and after the race, relaxing on the balcony that overlooks the gulf was so exactly what I needed. Great communication, perfect location and exceptional views. I'll definitely stay again when I come back to race.

Anniversary getaway
Our stay with Dawn was everything we expected and so much more. The place was immaculate with an incredible View of the Gulf and Serenity Pier. Check in and check out was hassle-free. Easy to follow instructions for everything including security codes for both the condo and the property. Dawn was available with a quick text or quick phone call whenever needed which wasn't at all. I have already recommended her to friends and family alike. If you want to take advantage of beautiful Panama City Beach Dawn's Rentals is the way to go!

Our Honeymoon
The room was much smaller than expected. It had all the necessary items including chairs, umbrellas, and a cart for the beach, however, it definitely felt compact. My wife and I were surprised there wasn’t a washer and dryer in the unit. There were no table and chairs, so the only place to sit inside is the bed. Overall, it was a good stay and we enjoyed spending evenings in the room but it wasn’t what we originally expected.

Great weekend vacation stay!
My husband and I just stayed in the studio suite this past weekend and it was perfect for us! The room included everything we needed. The balcony/view was our favorite as we got to enjoy coffee each morning while looking at the waves. I saw some comments about the elevator taking a while but we did not have any issues at all. Dawn was also very helpful and communication was great. We will definitely be back here!

Great unit for a quick getaway, would rent again! Only negative are the property elevators. If staying at the Sterling Reef, the elevators can take 15-20 mins to catch.

I had an amazing honeymoon here
The place was PERFECT for two people. Ive never gone out on my own and booked a stay anywhere (Im younger) on my own but the place here is amazing. Plenty of parking space and the room was incredible. The rainy days me and my wife would just chill inside and watch a movie. Or the days it was sunny all it took was a 5 min trip tops to get immediately on the beach. Dawn was extremely nice and responded very quickly to any need that was IMMEDIATELY met! She was very very sweet and very kind to let me and my newly wedded wife stay here for our honeymoon. Place was SPOTLESS and very comfortable to stay in. Also EXTREMELY secure. There are a few passcodes you have to get through which made me feel very safe and comfortable with peace of mind falling asleep. The upkeep of the place is awesome. I cant describe how perfectly this place just made our honeymoon timeless. We will never forget it! So what are you waiting for!? Just book a stay already!

Quick mother/daughter getaway spring break
Check in process was easy. Suite was just as described. Had everything we needed. Elevator needs some fixing up. It broke down twice in our 3 days there. Had to climb 9 floors by stairs. Wasnt too happy about that. And when it was working, we would have to wait 5-10 min for it. There is only 1 working elevator. My biggest complaint. All in all we enjoyed our visit w family and the beach and the view of dolphins from our balcony.

Unable to sleep, because they were noises from some of the appliances. I thought it was the air conditioner, but apparently after two nights of not sleeping, I found out it was the icemaker.
