Este adorable Summer Towne Cottage acaba de ser renovado. ¡Todo es nuevo! La cabaña se encuentra directamente al lado de Pier Park. A pie de restaurantes, bares, tiendas y más. Disfruta de una hermosa vista al mar desde el piso superior. ¡Asegúrate de ver el video!

Somos dueños de la cabaña 11 directamente al lado. Ambas cabañas alquiladas juntas tienen capacidad para 12 +. Póngase en contacto con el propietario para obtener información especial sobre precios. Consulte VRBO 1202332 para ver la disponibilidad del calendario.

Dos dormitorios completos con cómodos colchones queen ubicados en la planta baja, cada uno con baño completo y amplio espacio de guardarropas. El dormitorio principal tiene televisión por cable y reproductor de DVD. El segundo dormitorio tiene televisión por cable.

Arriba, sala, comedor, cocina, lavandería y medio baño. El sofá es una cama queen. Televisión de 55 ", reproductor de DVD, wifi Xfinity. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los artículos necesarios para cocinar.

Acceso a la playa es un paseo muy corto directamente al otro lado de la calle. Disfruta de una zona de playa privada y privada cerca de casas que no son de gran altura. Se proporcionan sillas de playa, carritos de playa, sombrillas, carpas, tablas de surf y diversos suministros de playa para su uso.

It was all we had hoped for and more.
We loved the location and the walkabity to wherever we wanted to go. The listing and pictures didn't do the actual property justice, It was everything we'd hoped for and more. The proximity to the dog beach was a definite plus, our little guy couldn't have been happier. The host was so helpful; she went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and she was very quick to respond to our many questions. This property was all we were hoping it would be and more. Since we go this beach every year, we'll be sure to.stay at this property again and again. We highly recommend staying at this property.

Time with family
Having a very special reason to get away with family, staying in Cottage 13 was fabulous, the cottage was very well stocked with kitchen essentials, beach chairs, beach cart. Plenty of towels for showering even have beach towels for use. The location is prime walking distance to restaurants and shopping. You cannot ask for better location to the beach. We will definitely be back.

I loved the balcony where you could see the water, hear it in the dark mornings. Just cross the street and there is a public access to the beach. Loved that I could bring my dogs and they loved it too. For senior dogs they had no problem with the stairs. Very comfortable accomodations. Exactly as shown.

We had an amazing time at this property. Close to pier park and to the beach. The home was nicely updated. We did have an issue with AC but it was promptly fixed by the owners; also completely out of their control. Would definitely stay here again!

This beach house was in great location by Pier Park close to many shops and restaurants There's a beach access directly across the street and another at an angle across the street. Girl's Trip
The property was perfect for our family girl's trip. It was clean, spacious and a quick walk across the street to the beach. We loved being so close to Pier Park to grab a bite to eat and to shop. Amazing Cottage!
Words can not describe how much we enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage! Easy walk to dog beach and regular beach, plus a quick walk to Pier Park. Close to groceries and shopping. The balcony quickly became our family favorite! Beautiful view of the beach and people watching on Front Beach. We will be coming back!

Amazing!
This was truly the best trip my husband and I have ever taken. It even topped our honeymoon all due to the home. It was the perfect location and so clean! I brought my own cleaning supplies due to covid but didn’t feel it was necessary. We brought our 2 tiny dogs with us and they didn’t want to leave. I cried my last night here! We are already rearranging work schedules to come back! I told everyone on the beach about this home! The house has everything you need! You can walk to everything but rent a golf cart for the experience. Literally 10 second walk to the beach and the beach supplies seemed well stocked as well. Comfortable beds. I can’t say enough!

Great Stay
Great property overall, and especially for my purposes. The property is close to the beach, close to Pier Park, easy to find and access, room for two cars to park in front, clean, and was as advertised. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony to enjoy the weather and walking down to the beach. Kitchen had tools that we needed to cook (including a crock pot) and had some items left behind from other guests. I would stay here again.
