New, nice looking house. Lots of things to make you feel at home. Firestick did not work regularly. Contacted agent and he asked if internet worked. It did at the time then went out. Contacted agent again and was ghosted. Still haven't heard from anyone. Agent said I could check in early because house was ready. Floor was not mopped, dirty smudges on fridge, door handles, and on the barn door. Clean is important now because of covid. I pay a cleaning fee with house rent. Where does it apply? Loved the house. Didn't care for the dirt and lack of TV, Wi Fi, and lack of communication after I asked for problem to be address. I live in a retirement community and we share info about our experiences because we all travel a lot. I'm disappointed because I would have liked to continue to stay here. Thanks, Sue Omes
