Perfect last minute getaway!
First time staying at Long Beach Resort. It was a last minute vacation, and everything was perfect and smooth from booking to check in, and the condo was beautiful, and the view from balcony was spectacular. Would definitely stay here again.

33rd Anniversary Celebration
The condo itself is absolutely beautiful!! We couldn’t get enough of the views from the inside and the amazing views from the tall chairs on the balcony!! The kitchen is nicely stocked with the basics. However you’ll need to bring or pickup any seasonings (including salt & pepper). We had a maintenance issue with one of the sliding doors and our host sent someone right away! Anytime we had a question our host was very quick, helpful, and easy to deal with! My hubby and I have found our special place and we will return time and time again! The only negative thing I would say is the mattress's is past its prime along with the sofa. Thank you for a truly wonderful experience with memories to last a lifetime!!!

Great stay
Great communication with host. I know it's not always possible, but was able to check in early. BEAUTIFUL view from top floor, but still enjoyed the sound of the waves. Totally recommend staying here.

Another great stay in PCB
This was a second year vacationing in PCB, first year we stayed at Tidewater, this year we wanted to stay farther east. It ended up being just as fabulous. All the amenities you need in a resort and easy driving/walking distance to all the other fun things to do and grocery/restaurants. The pool is the absolute best at Long Beach resort - no contest! The condo we stayed in was super cute! Very comfortable. We cook A LOT more than most people that vacation at the beach so we would need to bring a lot more kitchen, cooking items with us as the kitchen is stocked with very basic amenities. The balcony is the best for dining with a view!

EXCELLENT
This unit is fantastic. We had no issues with anything. The ad is accurate and response time was immediate. This beautiful Penthouse on the top floor has vaulted ceilings and amazing views. Beaxh and pool access are available at every turn and the buildings at Long Beach Resort are so centrally located we only used our car when we wanted to. The staff is great and the entire facility is very well kept. We will be back to this location soon!

Wifes birthday vacation

Relaxing
The size was perfect just enough. Elevators were fast to 14th floor. Pool was a lot of fun except for DJ on Sunday at main pool/grill. Too loud had to shout to have a conversation. Condo has basic minimum kitchen dishes for 4. No blanket. Just comforter on bed . One pillow for pullout couch. Towels were overdue for new. No bath mat. Walmart across street we bought blanket, towels and bath mat. Buildings are old and in need of a refresh. Kim was easy to work with. Air conditioning kept shutting down for a few hours it could not keep up with heat in August of this year. View at lower floor would be same. Pool does have Wi-Fi.

The condo has amazing views from living room and bedroom. The balcony was our favorite place to enjoy the views. The chairs were perfect overlooking the spacious balcony. Would definitely stay there again! Only thing I would change if I could would rather have a walk in shower instead of the jet tub.

Location and view are perfect!
Perfect location and view. Elevators were NOT slow at all which was very nice since we were on the 14th floor. Ricardo at the poolside bar was very friendly and we enjoyed the convenience of that amenity. Tried the fried fish basket and it was very good. Suggestions: Toilet paper and paper towel rolls were not full when we arrived and we ran out of toilet paper at 4:00am on the morning of our departure, which was a challenge. Also, I didn’t mind that the jets in the tub weren’t functional but there was black mildew around the jets and the built in soap dish in the tub/shower hadn’t been cleaned and had old soap dried and built up on it and I had to clean that before I could use the soap dish. I would have cleaned the mildew from around the jets but I didn’t have an old toothbrush with me to spare. Overall, very good vacation and I would come again. Thank you

Anniversary
The renovations in this condo were ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. The dinginess in the tub and it’s jets not working was a disappointment. The linens and at least one pillow case had stains. Once I reported the uncleanliness of the bedding and how dirty the tub looked Kim’s Condo’s immediately sent over her cleaning staff to wash the bedding and to try re-clean the tub. We returned to clean bedding but the tub (even though it had been cleaned) still looked dirty. We would DEFINITELY stay there again due to the promptness of the cleaning staff and in hopes of the tub being renovated to match the beautiful décor that the rest of the condo offered!!!

GREAT LOCATION AND PALCE TO STAY
Property was excellent , We were on 14th floor , no problem with wait time as some other places reviews mentioned long waits for elevator . not an issue here. Only thing that caught my wife off guard was the cleanliness of the unit when we arrived was at the very least lax . dishes still dirty ,dirt and debris multiple places. cleaning service looked to only have changed be and drop off towels. .After a little work on our part though, the place was very nice to stay ,
