Amazing view but unit is filthy and in serious need of repair!
I wish I could attach pictures to demonstrate the condition of the unit. I will be sharing them with vacasa/vrbo management.
I will start by saying that the location and view are just amazing! Lovely stretch of beach and the pool overlooking the ocean is wonderful. We stayed in a different unit in this complex last summer.
The space/layout of this unit is great. Lots of space and the 3 bathrooms were a plus. The master bed is very comfortable; however, the twin beds and queen bed were very squeaky and extremely uncomfortable.
The water in door and icemaker of fridge/freezer were not working during our stay. We had to purchase ice and bottled water. We were told that it was not listed as an amenity but then were left a note that a part was being ordered to repair it. It just never happened during our week there. :( The ceiling fans are so bad that we could not even use the master bedroom one. It was so wobbly and loud it prevented sleep. Ceiling fan light bulbs were burned out and the kitchen can lights strobed. We were told the dimmer has to be fully on but it was, so that is not the issue. We just unscrewed some and left them out all week. The sofa bed mattress cover has blood stains on it. The tracks of the slider doors are disgusting with dirt, grease and what appears to be mold. The main slider is impossible to open. There was not enough glassware for 6 guests. The bottoms of our feet turned black when walking barefoot in the unit-just gross!
