Perfect vacation hoouse
This house has is worth every dollar you spend.my family enjoyed it here also my son learned to swim while we stayed there . Pool is perfect size and design for all ages. If you have older peeps with you they can always get in pool no problem. My mother in law has both knee problem and she loved the pool she can get in and out easier. We will definitely book this place again .

Great property near the beach and everything else
Stayed 4 days. Check in was seamless. House was immaculate. Close to the beach, restaurants, stores, and state park. Can walk or use a golf cart to get around anywhere in the area. Beds were super comfortable and offered plenty of device charging. The backyard is very private but offers a great fenced in area to swim, eat, practice putting, or just relax. There’s a grill to cook on and even a TV outside under the pergola. The beach shed had items to borrow which included everything you need for a day at the beach, saving a fortune on necessities. The kitchen was stocked with all supplies needed as well. Every detail was covered for a super comfortable stay. House is large enough for a family with sleeping areas for up to 8 people. Small enough for a single person or couple. 10/10.Home. Would totally stay again.

Fabulous
My family of five adults and one toddler stayed here and loved every aspect of both the house and backyard. We found it difficult to leave. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach where it was not crowded. Finally, the homeowners were excellent to work with! We would stay again without hesitation!!

Beautiful PCB Home
The home was wonderful, my family and I went to PCB for a baseball tournament. We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay any more! We loved every square inch of the home! Great location in quiet neighborhood, it was close enough to the action but not in all the PCB traffic. The home was beautifully decorated, it was fully equipped with everything in the kitchen and laundry room you could need. We loved the pool and outdoor space, we definitely had our own little oasis! We’d absolutely recommend this home to anyone staying in PCB! Thank you so much!

Perfect Beach House
Exceptional property with great backyard pool, putting green and relaxing area. Beds super comfy, plenty of supplies on hand and for beach use. So happy they allowed our pets to stay with us! Absolutely perfect on all levels for our family vacation-we will definitely be back!

Perfect getaway.
We have been vacationing in PCB for 15 years and this is the best home we have stayed in. VERY clean it smells amazing when you walk in. The host are amazing and will do anything to accommodate you if there is anything you need. . We will be returning. Thanks for sharing home with us.

This is a great property to enjoy PCB! The property is as advertised and the hosts were easy to work with. Great location close to public back access and the provided beach gear was perfect. The brand new pool was amazing!

Absolutely wonderful!!!!
Couldn’t have asked for a better home to vacation in. To start the pool was amazing and being heated was awesome and very much needed especially during the 1st week of April. The kitchen absolutely had EVERYTHING you possibly needed to cook. It had ziplock bags, parchment paper, plastic wrap and tinfoil to chip clip’s truly everything one would have at their own home. It’s the small things like that go a long way in my book! The owners truly thought of everything when they remolded their home. We’ll be booking another trip (or 3) to this AMAZING home again!

Excellent location/perfect amenities/clean
If you’re looking for to relax and enjoy your trip away-don’t scroll past this one! We can’t say one negative thing about this place! From start to finish it was the best experience. This house had everything from coffee in the morning to blending drinks at night! The pool was amazing both during day and night! They really thought of having everything a person needs to live in a house for a week. We were close to beaches, restaurants, shopping, and perfect morning walks away from traffic. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a stress FREE stay!!!

Beautiful beachy 2 bedroom home!
I just want to say how much we enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home this past week! It was exactly as described in your desciption. You provided all kitchen necessities, towels, beach towels, paper towels and kitchen trash bags. I actually overpacked. Looking back I wish I hadnt packed so much, I hate bringing too many extras, but was grateful for your attention to detail. I cant say enough how beautiful and relaxing our stay was. My husband mentioned that he felt as if he were retired and this is what he would want to buy if he could someday do just that. The kitchen is open to the living room, just like we like it and theres plenty of seating at the kitchen table with the built in bench for family dinners and family games. Not to mention the huge and spacious island. Love love love the floorpan of this home! I am definitely coming back to stay after the pool is put in. Our future stay will be even more perfect with the addition of the pool.

Great place in a great location
This house is amazing! Everything looks brand new and everything you could need for a week at the beach is available. We used the beach equipment (chairs, wagon, toys) several times. Perfect location close to the beach but away from the crowds. Would highly recommend and would stay here again if visiting the area!

Confortable and convenient
Great location, the host was very helpful and easy to contact. Dog friendly, had all accommodations needed for our puppies. We absolutely loved the kitchen, it had everything we needed to cook, and the beach supplies were very helpful, we didn’t need to buy or rent chairs and umbrellas.

Great house, great location, great vacation!
This house was perfect for my family. This house is so comfortable, and the perfect place to come home to after enjoying all that PCB has to offer. The beds are incredible! The kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was great! Lisa, the property owner deserves ten stars! Communication was fantastic. She gave tips on local activities, and was just as excited for my family’s vacation as I was. We will definitely be back!! And can’t wait for the pool!!!!
