Bienvenido a "Coastal Charm" Sunbird 1004E, su hogar lejos del hogar. Esta propiedad está ubicada en Sunbird Beach Resort en la Torre Este en el piso 10. Esta hermosa propiedad de un dormitorio y un baño duerme cómodamente 4, 2 en la cama queen y 2 en el sofá cama frente a la playa.

"Coastal Charm" es un plano de planta "A", ¡puedes ver el Golfo desde la sala de estar, la cocina y tu balcón! Las puestas de sol son increíbles, ¡ven a verlo por ti mismo!

Esta hermosa propiedad está tranquilamente decorada. Las impresionantes vistas te dejarán sin aliento desde el momento en que entras.

Encontrarás tu lugar perfecto en el paraíso cuando salgas al balcón para disfrutar de vistas ilimitadas en ambas direcciones, donde el agua verde esmeralda se encuentra con los colores cambiantes del cielo.

Amazing vacation!
Really enjoyed the condo. The view was amazing from the balcony. The room was clean, definitely comfortable for us 2. 4 would be too crowded I think unless it was little kids. Beach access is very close. There is also private access on the west side gate by the pool to go to Pineapple Willy’s. That was really great. Only complaint I would have is the bed was a bit stiff and not the most comfortable. Could definitely use a new mattress. Other than that, awesome property and enjoyed it! Would go back again!!

It was right on the beach. I loved the balcony view. It was a wonderful place to stay.
It was close to everything. You could walk on the street or the beach to get to places. We loved every moment. The only thing I didn’t like is that after a shower the towels left lint all over you, but I just used the towels I brought.

1206 Boardwalk- a pleasant stay, with some issues!
Overall , a good experience. A/c was not working upon arrival, but management got it fixed quickly. Unit needs some freshening up- paint, minor repairs etc. Tiki bar a plus- good food, friendly service. Check out by 10:00 am was hard for us, and management wouldn’t bend on that. View from balcony was awesome! Balcony could have been cleaned better On that subject, the tile floors were not well cleaned- had sand on them, throughout unit, when we arrived.

Loved it...
We enjoyed our visit and would highly recommend the Sunbird. We was able to check in our room early and get the day started. The place was very clean. We had stayed there several years back and also remember how it was. I also recommend to be towards the top and they was able to that as well. I would recommend staying here....

The apartment is cosy and the view of the beach is spectacular. There are plenty of amenities within walking distance. As a constructive observation. The apartment is ready for a coating of paint and the bathroom sliding doors derail easily. The maintenance personnel does not know how to deal with them. The access code expired before the check out time, maybe do to an old battery on the lock. The common areas of the building are in bad shape. More maintenance is required. Putting aside the minor problems, the place is a good deal to enjoy a relaxing time.

The condo was just as listed on VRBO. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Perfect size for our small group of four. Very easy to check in and the owner was extremely nice and fast to respond over any questions I had before arriving. For sure worth staying in this beautiful condo!

A Perfect Spot
The view was immaculate, the place spotless and the pictures matched the place. The only Concern was the lack of sponges and a sharp knife. When we asked where they were, they delivered them to us within 30 minutes!!!! This place is awesome!

The view was amazing!
Me and my small family of four had a great experience. The place was very clean and up-to-date they were renovating the property but we already knew that before going. They have three pools on the property but only one was open because we came during March. The one that was open was heated so it wasn't bad even when the heater broke. Our favorite part of about the condominium was The view. It was outstanding! Overall this is a great place to go for a vacation for any age! We will definitely be coming back soon!

Perfect Getaway!!
Perfect place to getaway for a long weekend. View from the balcony was awesome and also private as there's really not any other balconies visible on either side. Couch and recliners were also very comfortable as well as the bed and pillows. Was provided plenty of towels and wash cloths for our stay. Kitchen is equipped with essentials but not so much that it was cluttered such as some places I've stayed before. Water pressure from kitchen faucet was lacking but seemed good in shower. Heating/cooling unit is a little loud but it didn't really bother us any as we had no problems sleeping in such a comfortable bed. Elevators in the building worked good and was fast. Didn't have to spend any time at all waiting for one. Enjoyed the fact that it is located next door to Pineapple Willy's which makes dinner convenient. Also a Waffle House is within walking distance. The Wicked Wheel restaurant is a very short drive. Sunbird Condos is also convenient to other things as well such as Ripley's, WonderWorks. St. Andrews State Park is also just a short drive from there. This particular part of PCB wasn't very crowded it seemed and the beach areas weren't crowded. Was able to watch a dolphin from the balcony one morning which was an extra treat. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again only much longer the next time lol. We loved it and was able to spend a few days just relaxing and chilling.

Exactly as Advertised!!
Perfect coastal styling. Furniture was nice. Felt like home. Loved the balcony, we had rain the week we stayed but we’were able to still enjoy the ocean and the views. Perfect size for my husband and I. We could have definitely had 2 more with ease. I had no need for management during our stay. All processes went smoothly. Thank you!

Nothing worked, shouldn't be rentable
Not sure where to start, the barely working sink, the shower that had to be fixed when we got there, that leaked the entire time and kept us up at night. The basically broken chairs to sit on deck with. The sink was clogged didn't work when we got there, the maintenance guy did fix that. Not enough supples in kitchen (NO Wine key?) The condo is a disaster inside and out, the grounds are a mess. Its been years since the hurricane HOA needs to get that cleaned up asap.
