Fall Break Trip
Nice house just a couple blocks from the beach. The grill needed to be cleaned badly, we had a pretty large flare up while trying to grill some steaks one evening. There is not a pantry available for use even thought the listing says there is. There were many messages sent just before check in about following the rules and consequences that would be followed, a camera being on the front porch and no visitors allowed and such…. It was almost a damper on the trip because we felt like we were being watched or would be fined if we missed something. So far no fines. But all of the “rules” being sent were not appropriate. Our family had a great time but I doubt we will stay here again. The house is obviously a new build but is cheaply built. The pool was very cold. Outside shower did have heated water so that was nice.

We had a great time! The house was nice, spacious, and able to accommodate us all. Very clean, there were a lot of rules that needed to be followed but I understand that is to keep the house in the best shape possible. Walking distance to the best was the best part! Great neighborhood as well! Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

Wonderful place close to the beach!
We LOVED this home! We have been to PCB often and have been dissatisfied in the past. This home is JUST LIKE THE PHOTOS! The owner was quick to answer any questions and concerns. A couple things happened that were out of the owners control (ice machine broken when we arrived) but it was not a big deal for us. Our son loves the artificial grass out back! It was soft and felt so real! If you go in March, pay the extra to heat the pool like we did, it was a tad chilly when we arrived and we still we able to swim. We plan to move to PCB, and this home really made us feel as though we already lived here. Don’t wait to book! You will love it! ❤️

Great house!
Very nice house. Accurate description. Nicely decorated and a well stocked kitchen. Communication from office was super fast. Very short walk to the #71 beach access and Alvin’s Island. Plenty of beach towels and beach accessories to use. We left some boogie boards and sand buckets for future guest. We will definitely rent again in the future.

Overall we had a blast. Pool was a bit small, but despite its size we had lots of fun.

Great Stay
Our family had a great stay at this property. The house was clean and beautiful, and we really enjoyed having the pool in the backyard. Easy walk to the beach, and close to grocery stores and good food places. Communication was great.
