Needs an update
Overall, I was happy with my stay. Place could’ve been a little bit more updated and freshened, paint, finishes, better pillows and mattresses etc. However, we had a lot of difficulty with the television, trying to operate multiple remotes and could never watch or play what we wanted which was difficult with young children, also with checking the news and weather... But above average and I am thankful.

25 Wedding Anniversary Trip
our daughters paid for us to have a weekend at the beach for our 25 wedding anniversary and our youngest daughter even got engaged while we were on this trip! Everything was nice in the condo. The wifi didn't work when we got there but the property manager fixed the problem right way. Our last night there the air stopped working but thank God for ceiling fans. Overall the condo was very nice and just as listed. The little hiccups we had didn't bother us at all and of course we always love staying at LTW and will definetly stay again.

Really nice place
The unit was just as pictured. The parking garage makes the process of getting too and from the room even on the 9th floor. The ocean was super clear and one of the best experiences I have had in the many years in PCB. I highly recommend this time of year. One of the locals told me this is typically clearer water this time of year.

Very nice unit. Would have been 5 star but kitchen ware was poor and could not provide flatware for 4 people. Some minor damage and toaster replacement made for a rough start, but these were resolved immediately.

Great condo living
This condo was clean and spacious as always. The only thing i would suggest is putting curtains that darken room in the second bedroom and bunk area. The light stays on all night for the walkway.

Great condo, clean, attractive and nicely decorated. Central location is great!
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo in PCB. When we arrived the condo was clean and ready to go. The decor was nice and the views are great. It is centrally located, we were directly across the street from the beach and close to a lot of great restaurants and gift shops. We enjoyed a trip to Saint Andrews and Shell Island located near by. There are some good places to eat right at The Laketown Wharf Resort, Juan Taco and The Wharf Buffet. We had a great week and can't wait to go back!

WOULD NOT STAY AGAIN DUE TO ELEVATORS
This property was OK overall - spacious condo, reasonably comfortable, great pools, quick walk from the beach & close to shops/restaurants. Not the best place I’ve booked at the beach, but not the worst either. However, we will never rebook at this location due to the elevators, which were incredibly slow, resulting in long (up to 40 minute) waits during high traffic times. Thankfully we were only on the 9th floor so used the stairs much of the time, but were stuck waiting when we had groceries, the beach cart, etc. I felt terrible for guests staying on higher floors.

The elevators are ridiculous. Has to wait sometimes 45 min. for one. The sofa bed was broken and spring poking out . I had to go buy an air mattress for 2 of my daughters to sleep on because it was not safe or comfortable for them . Then the last night our air went out and couldn’t contact anyone to fix it. Will never stay here again.

DIRTY, DIRTY!
I must say that I was extremely disappointed in this condo. This was my first HomeAway renting experience and it was not a good one. We checked in at 145 on our checknin day and the “cleaning crew” was still in the property. At 2 o’clock, he turned over the property to us, only for us to find a dirty kitchen, mold in the bath tub, dirty sheets with hair in the sheets, hair on the bath towels, dried food on the kitchen utensils, and stains all throughout the carpet. We called the management company 4 times and still have yet to get a call back. On the second day the second bathroom developed a clog in the sink and we notified the property who directed us to the property management company. Again we got no call back and the issue was never resolved. The couple had to use the kitchen sink to brush their teeth to avoid overflowing the bathroom sink. We paid hundreds of dollars in a cleaning fee for the condo to be nasty when we used it. What is that money going to? Some serious care needs to be made to providing a clean space for guests. I had to wash all the towels, wash cloths and sheets after I bathed my toddler daughter and she had hair all over her body that was not hers. I was mortified and extremely upset. I am still waiting for a call back and hopefully a refund of my cleaning charges at the very least. Elevators are old and sloooooowwww. Couches are stained and made of cloth— maybe leather would be a better option for a rental unit.

The condo was extremely dirty. Pictures were deceiving
What I sent to the rental place ....We are in . Just a few things . Not sure why we couldn’t check in early as the room was not cleaned good at all. Popcorn under the table , chips on the floor, the floor by the refrigerator is all sticky as something obviously Spilled and was not cleaned up, a hair roller under the bed, stuff all over the bathroom mirror, master shower was not cleaned , one of the long pieces of the shade is broken and behind the couch. The light is burnt out above master bathtub. We had to wash the bowls/cups as they were not clean. . I am actually very disappointed on how dirty the place was , on reading the reviews it sounded as thou it was a very clean place . I would consider this place a two star rating. I guess you can’t go off the reviews.

Problems with stove and heat.
Nice room but we found that the stove wouldn't work. A call or two and it was fixed within a couple of hours. We found that our heat didn't work the next morning. 65 in the am when it was 30 outside. The hot tub on the 10th floor didn't work and we were told it hadn't worked in two years. Don't know that we will be back.

Relaxing & much needed!
We absolutely loved our stay in this condo & highly recommend to anyone. The condo had everything we needed (except for a hair dryer)! Love the way the condo is decorated, really felt like home. Neither of us wanted to leave and come back to reality! The beach views, the pools, the lake view, this condo has it all. We were also pleasantly surprised with how spacious this condo is....Wow so impressed! Forget to mention the laser light & music show from our bedroom balcony made it extra special! We will be back to make more memories. Everything you need is within minutes of this condo. Must try Pineapple Willy's across the street, BEST ribs ever and the views are the BEST!!!Thank you for opening your condo to us!

Great vacation
It was great!! The condo was very clean, we had one minor issue and I called Vacasa and they contacted the property manager who was very nice and issue was immediately resolved (which was on me because I wasn't sure how the air opperated lol) the only downfall is the location is across the road from beach although easily accessible! Wonderful stay!

Beautiful on the Inside!
This unit was represented exactly as it was described in the pictures. It had all of the necessities needed to make the vacation experience feel like a true home away from home. I would definitely recommend it!
