Very clean. Great location! We did not know where to stay. This property is in the middle of 30A and a quick walk away from The Big Chill where we listened to live bands, played in the arcade and did some shopping. There are public beach access either way on 30A. We will be visiting again!

Highly recommended
This year, unlike in previous years, we decided to stay in the Prominence community instead of Destin. My family had a wonderful Christmas and New Year. The community was quiet, and the room was so cozy with everything we needed. The bed was really comfortable, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay.

Great Fall Break Getaway
The townhome was perfect for our family of four during 30A in October. The complimentary golf cart was great for heading to the beach. The community pools and convinience of the Hub made it a great all around stay.

Wonderful Stay!
We love the Watersound area and had a great time. The unit was easy to find, clean, and comfy. Having the area across the street is VITAL on nights we just wanted something easy to do for dinner with a baby. Would absolutely stay again!

Great Beach Spot
Loved the community, pool was nice for kids, the Big Chill was fun, and the golf cart made getting around very enjoyable. This was our second trip back to the area and I’m afraid we are becoming regulars. It would have been nice to have known there were beach carts, chairs, umbrellas available so we didn’t purchase and bring our own (may have been noted somewhere and I didn’t see it). Great place to stay!

Great property, accommodations need to improve
This was our 4th time staying in the 30a area. We appreciate renters are opening their homes to strangers and place the home in the hands of 3rd party agencies, but I think, for the locale and price, the accommodations need to be better. We loved the home, location, and golf cart, but many travel in large groups and from far away. We communicated that we’d be arriving early and that the house may be available to us. We arrived 2 hours early and the home was ready, but the key unlock didn’t work until 4pm sharp. It was frustrating after a long trip. If it was communicated hard stop that it wouldn’t be ready at 4, we would have amended travel plans. Furthermore, to not provide beach towels or basic living necessities (mainly garbage bags) was frustrating and disappointing. We ended up taking bathroom towels to the beach first and then ended up buying towels. We’ve never traveled with our own towels. Given the price point and locale, we’ve been accustomed to this basic necessity being provided. We also were told, despite honoring the request of the management team to get trash cans on curb on time, and to bring them in, that one trash bag was offered per stay. 4 people for 4 days will fill more than one trash bag. We ended up putting our bathroom cans in the kitchen to handle trash. We were extremely respectful and appreciative of the property, but the customer service given by the management company was disappointing and we won’t book a future stay with this property manager.

Beautiful property and neighborhood!
We had a fabulous time, the house was decorated simply and beautifully in a neutral beach theme. It was in a great area near The Hub, the pool, the beach and the local restaurant and grocery store. Sad to leave!

Very disappointing
The condo was not clean at all. The floors were filthy, and I don’t think they have ever been washed. There were gnats infested in the garbage cans sitting in the garage, and therefore they were gnats all throughout the condo. When bringing this to the management attention, they were sending over a maintenance person the next day to clean it however, in the meantime, since I left the garbage cans outside, they fined me $100 because of this. Even after explaining, I was not going to bring the gnats back into the condo, they said that I had to pay the $100 fine. very disappointed in the handling of the situation.

The set up was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen was well stocked as was the garage (lots of beach accessories including chairs, wagons, coolers, shovel and pail). Beach access was easy; however if you are used to private beaches or staying on the beach, be prepared for a bit more hassle.

Great place, great location
We loved our stay. The unit was beautiful, spacious and spotless. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook. Garage had beach chairs, coolers and beach wagons for easy transport of our things to/from/on the beach. The location is perfect for walking or biking to food and shopping or taking a quick golf cart ride to the beach. The only disappointment was the in-person check-in representative. The interaction wasn’t great and our only request wasn’t followed up on during our stay. Otherwise, great experience.

So lovely! So clean! Such comfortable beds! We loved everything about our stay.
So easy! We had no questions or confusion over any aspect of renting this beautiful unit. It was impeccably clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was so well equipped, which was really great and the most comfortable beds ever. We loved our stay!

Wonderful Property and Relaxing Vacation
We had a great vacation! Property is in a quieter area away from the hustle/bustle of other areas. The Chill and other shops are across the street. Our condo was clean and the property amenities were perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place!!
My family stayed at this property for a week. It was amazing and convenient to many things. It was so clean and the pictures are exactly what it looks like. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you would need. The proximity to the pool and golf cart made our trip!! We will definitely stay at this property again. The ONLY negative thing, was the pillows on the beds. They felt worse than hospital pillows. So just bring your own bed pillows if you don’t want to wake up with a sore neck :) overall 10/10
