¡Disfrute de sus vacaciones en las hermosas playas de arena blanca de la Costa Esmeralda! Vistas del Golfo de México desde el momento en que entras por la puerta.
Este hermoso condominio tiene capacidad para 6-8 y cuenta con un gran balcón de 29 'de largo con vista a la piscina y la playa. Camas king size en las dos habitaciones. Dormir adicional disponible en literas gemelas y un sofá desplegable en la sala de estar. ¡Mira el agua mientras te despiertas y disfruta de las hermosas puestas de sol cada noche!
Nuestra unidad fue recientemente renovada. Los visitantes disfrutarán de muebles limpios y lujosos y una decoración de playa de lujo. Super nice condo that is very spacious. Had Plenty of items needed such as hangers, utensils, towels, etc. Upon arrival, floors could have been cleaner - gritty and left feet black. Overall it was a great condo.

My only issue with the condo was that the ac was not able to go below 72. I keep my house at 70 and that 2 degrees makes a difference.

Family getaway
Scheduled a little family vacation/downtime. We wanted to just get away and relax and have some family time. It was exactly that. We hung out in condo and beach. Guys enjoyed a day of deep sea fishing with Justin leake (chasin the Sun) and girls enjoyed shopping at pier park. Was exactly what we wanted. Condo was beautiful and was on the 12 th floor where we enjoyed sunsets and watching sea creatures from the balcony. We have been going to treasure island for 15 yrs and never disappoint lbs. feels like home!

Fun
The staff at Treasure Island were very impressive they were nice friendly and always had a smile. The condo was clean and enjoyable. Condo needs a can opener and maybe softer beds but overall a wonderful family place to visit.

Nice condo in great area
The condo was very nice and clean. The location was great and wasn’t too crowded. The only thing I disliked was I was not notified there would be construction on the building, and it was very loud at times and difficult to relax with workers around. I emailed the managers when I arrived and did not receive a response regarding the construction. The condo, however, was great.

Beware of Hidden Costs w/Pets
There are hidden “resort HOA” fees for pets; cost me an extra $280. Also, if arriving at night, the complex is not well marked as to the name “Treasure Island”. We had to stop at a gas/convenience store in order to find it. The next morning we saw the name on the front top left of the parking garage. Cannot see it at night. Other than that, we loved the privacy of the location and would stay here again.

Lovely Condo
Overall Condo was really nice, good facilities, wonderful sea view. Only thing that upset us was when returned from an outing to find condo had been opened ready for maintenance to paint each side of the door which took 40 minutes with the door wide open. No one asked permission to enter the condo and no previous warning. We were very annoyed at this as our valuables were in the condo. I sent a email to emerald coast rentals who never replied.

Great unit!
We have stayed at Treasure Island multiple times and this unit was wonderful. It was very well equipped with lots of dishes, cook wear, and utensils. Maybe if there could be some plastic cups instead of all glass that could be helpful, especially with kids. We had a small hiccup to rectify at the beginning of our stay and the rental company was very responsive and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed in a timely and friendly manner- kudos to them! We love the pool that is very family friendly and being right on the beach as well so that our days are spent soaking in all of the sun and water. This area also has so many shopping and restaurant choices nearby so we never feel like we are at a loss for places to go. We were a little surprised that this unit had no hair dryer so be sure to bring your own as we had to go buy a new one for ourselves. Overall we loved our stay and the beautiful unit and would definitely be a repeat customer!

Another overpriced & hidden fees property
The condo was “as pictured “- but in person and upon inspection you could see the lack in care. Floors were filthy- cleaning just sweeps and doesn’t mop! With an infant who crawls it was a battle to keep his little knees and feet clean. And that was on arrival in the first 15min. Balcony needed swept bad and windows cleaned. E has to mind the couch to plug in a device and it was obvious this condo hasn’t had a thorough cleaning in a very long time. Upon leaving we removed our bed covers as asked and to our horror there was a filthy, blood stained and urine stain on the mattress protector! GROSS! Our condo was advertised to come with complementary beach services but upon checking that out we were told the condo owners hadn’t paid their bill in months! And the chair people were NOT NICE about it either. Finally out biggest issue was the undisclosed fees we encountered from Emerald Coast Rentals. We were charged for 2 car registrations, pool bracelets - in total we paid VRBO and Emerald Coast Destinations (realtors fee). It only stated that ECD managed it- so why all the fees on us? Too many MISC fees prices people out!

Beach Vacation
Overall great stay and I highly recommend! The only issue we had was the people at the beach shack said we did not have free chair rentals for the week. Very spacious for 4 adults, two small children, and one tween! Also, the cleaning crew left a stain and crumbs on the fiber/fabric mattress protector but I washed/rewashed it for peace of mind. Other than that the place was excellent! We even got to check in EARLY!

Nasty floors and broken glass
When we arrived at the unit the glass on the kitchen table was broken as was the glass on the coffee table and the glass on another side table. I don't understand why the maids didn't report the broken glass? The floor was so nasty that when we arrived and took off our shoes our feet were black on the bottom within minutes. The dishwasher was full of clean dishes, there was food under the furniture in the living room and food under the table and chairs on the patio. Upon removing the bedding this morning we found a big dried blood stain on the mattress protector in the master bedroom . For what we paid for a cleaning fee and the filth and destruction we walked into when we got there you need to find another maid service. I will say that the maintenance crew was really quick to remove the glass. The maintenance guy was also quick to check out the cause of the power outage and get it resolved. We've been staying at Treasure Island the past 6 years and this was the only time we have had issues. However in the past we have never stayed in this unit. I hope the maids do a better job cleaning for the next family that stays in this unit.

Great place for our family of 4!
We had a great time, and this room was perfect for our 7 and 4 year old. They shared a king bed and slept later than at home. The bunk beds were perfect for their little hide out. Our king bed was very comfortable. We always stay at Treasure Island because most rooms are set up the same. The patio chairs were a main reason we picked this room, and now we want to purchase some for our house. I gave a total of 5 stars and we would absolutely stay in this room again. The only things I would say need to be fixed is the guest shower doors are not connected, they hang but work good enough. The shower in the master was difficult to adjust hot/cold. And none of our clothes really got cleaned in the washer. It needs to be cleaned as there was a constant spoiled smell in it. These things did not deter us from having a great time, and as I said we would definitely consider this room again! Thank you for a great place!

Nice view with a great location
I have never stayed so close to the ocean before. This place is steps away from the beach. The ocean view and the balcony were awesome! The property was real nice. The pool and hot tub were also nice and the beach service was great! I would definitely book at this resort again.
