Sisters Trip
The location was great and we loved being able to walk to dinner at all the wonderful restaurants near by. Our host, Sandra Berube, was quick to respond to all of our questions. On the downside, our hot plate was broken; the air conditioner inconsistently leaked; no ice in freezer..we had to purchase ice; and our supply of paper products (paper towel, Kleenex and toilet paper) was very limited.

Great customer service!
Sandra and her team were very communicative. The fridge in our place stopped working (out of their control) and Sandra made sure to take care of us by moving us to do a different property. Our new place was great and exactly what our family needed to rest and relax. Due to how they took care of us and the location and quality of their vrbo, we would absolutely recommend booking!

Weekend beach trip
This was a perfect spot for my husband and I for a long weekend. The location was great and we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend. One suggestion I have is adding a full length mirror somewhere outside the bathroom.

Great trip
This property is all that it states and more. The property manager, Sandra and Derek were fantastic. Our air conditioning wasn’t cooling as expected and they did everything to make it right that same night and the next morning. Sandra was very quick to respond for other questions I had as well. The property is so close to everything and renting and riding bikes was the highlight of our trip. Tons of places to ride. We enjoyed our trip and will definitely return.

Wonderful, Quaint Condo!!
We loved this property, its location, communication with property managers, just everything. Would definitely book this property again. My friend and I stayed here for a birthday celebration. Loved having the two beds for each of us. Property was very clean, plenty of pillows, towels. Safe area. Thank you for having us!

Villages next door to Rosemary Beach
Overall, well done for a small space, however a few things to consider when staying. It sounds like people are moving furniture above you if people are staying on the floor above. The room air conditioner dripped on my husbands forehead in the middle of the night and had to ask for extra blankets because the room is so cold even after turning up the unit. We also needed to ask for coffee pods for the Keurig as we are use to some items being provided with VRBO rentals and none were provided.

Cozy and cute
My daughter and I stayed here and it was very clean and perfect for the 2 of us. Only thing I’d recommend is to hang a mirror somewhere outside the bathroom so 2 people can get ready at the same time. Otherwise a lovely condo that I’d stay at again.

Noisy during Spring Break Peak Times
Our stay was not bad but it wasn't great either. During peak times this Village was a hot spot for young spring breakers which resulted in lots of partying and noise into the wee hours of the evening. Thin walls as we could hear the neighbors above walking and running. We had sleepless nights due to the noise. The condo also had a cooling unit above the bed that was dripping water onto my head/pillow. I had to switch and sleep with my head on the other end of the bed. The majority of the place was clean but the bathroom was clean-ish. I may just have high standards for cleanliness because I know others have reviewed it to be quite clean. The pluses were that the owner did put thoughtful touches with the amenities they provided, the beds(including the pull out) pretty comfy, the location is very close to Rosemary and Alys Beach as the area is beautiful, the laundry is not inside the unit but about 5 steps away around the corner. Beach access is pretty close in the next community over but does get pretty packed so get there early to get a spot or else you will be out of luck. Again our experience seemed to be during a busy week in that area. We thought there would be minimal young spring breakers in this area but that was not the case. They were mostly concentrated in this particular Village where the condo was located.

Amazing place and everything you need is within walking distance.
Love, love, love this place. Very clean and accommodating. Within walking distance to beach, restaurants, groceries, everything you need. Amazing spot for children and teenagers. Much to do!

Great area
This area is wonderful for both family and adults. Unit was cleaned prior to arrival and had more than enough amenities. Hostess was wonderful and answered and any questions promptly. Only concern is that half of the condos were under renovation to be rented out in the future and the area for parking was already full. Parking will most likely be an issue going forward and be a concern during peak times. Otherwise we will definitely be staying in the area again.

Great Location
Within a short walk to the beach, Rosemary and Alys. The Property Manager, Sandra, was quick to respond to any questions. The unit was comfortable and attractive, and fairly spacious for a studio. My only suggestion would be more lighting in the kitchenette area and bedside, and a full length mirror.

Awesome property. Close to everything you need and more. Highly recommend.
My only comment to add would be a better driving description once you arrive to Rosemary Beach. I drove past the turn in 6 times as it didn't seem right to turn into a business. Also, mention that you have to enter the building to find your room.
