This condo is in a great location with a beautiful view, but it came with several issues beyond the dirty, unswept floors after we entered. The unit is also outdated with many scratches/dents on the wall paint and furniture.
This property is run by a management company which makes a big difference, because everything is cleared out between guests which means nobody passes on items. For a 6 night stay, we had to buy: paper towels, toilet paper, kleenex, napkins, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, cleaner for counter, hangers (there were 3) and trash bags.
In addition, we had to contact the management company 4 times (no phone number, only email) for the following: broken coffee maker, leaking faucet in guest bathroom, leaking water heater, missing towel rack in guest bathroom, extremely moldy shower curtain liners in both bathrooms, crooked/offset moving toilet seats in both bathrooms, door not closing in guest bathroom, broken guest nightstand, broken knob on closet door in guest bedroom, burnt out bulb in guest bedroom, burnt out hair dryer in master bedroom, refrigerator making grinding sounds, torn seats on 2 barstools and bathroom towels with threads hanging off of them and many stained.
The management company brought over a new coffee maker within 2 hours. The leaking bathroom faucet, lightbulb and moldy shower liners were replaced on the 3rd day and the leaking water heater on the 4th day. No other items were addressed. We were disappointed in this management company given the poor upkeep of the condo and there was no offer of compensation for the managements fees we paid them in the reservation. Hopefully these issues will be addressed sooner than later for future short term renters.
We paid for a beautiful view and location, but with so many other offerings in this complex, it would be difficult to recommend this unit given all of the additional costs and problems for a 6 night stay.
