The house is perfect, looked exactly as pictured, and had plenty of room for all of us. We appreciated the bicycles and the extra beach supplies in the shed (beach chairs and buckets/shovels for the kids to use.) The kitchen had everything we needed through the week-coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, utensils. Loved the back porch. This house sits pretty far back from the beach and from the pool but the walk is not bad at all, and the shuttle service worked well when we needed it. We ended up walking most of the time. The only complaint I have is for the Seacrest community itself-the private beach area is so small and we were nearly on top of one another on the beach. No fault of the homeowner or the property manager-just letting people know. The private beach homes next to Seacrest own the beach area and it is blocked off, so we were all expected to share a very small beach space. We made it work, and still enjoyed the beach, but if you don’t like being directly next to, beside, behind, and in front of people you don’t know you might want to find another beach to attend. We drove to Deer Lake State Park one of the days and hiked out to the beach area there. It was pretty and had lots of open space, but we didn’t like driving our sandy/beachy kids and gear around, lol.LOVED the house!! Loved the area, just sad that there is not public access beaches near by. Hope Local laws change and they open the beaches back up.
