Comprado en junio de 2018 y ha sido objeto de una importante renovación para mejorar la visita de nuestros huéspedes, que incluye mejoras en la cocina, pintura fresca y muebles nuevos. Nuestro compromiso con usted es que el condominio estará limpio y listo para su visita a Panama City Beach.

Este condominio del primer piso es una unidad de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños (D-105). Un amplio condominio con fantásticas vistas del Golfo desde la sala de estar y dormitorio principal; Perfecto para ver delfines nadando en el hermoso Golfo de México. La sala de estar mira hacia nuestras hermosas playas e incluye un gran televisor de pantalla plana. El balcón da a las refrescantes aguas color esmeralda del Golfo, hermosos amaneceres y puestas de sol. Hay asientos para tres en la barra de desayuno y nuestra mesa de comedor tiene capacidad para seis (6). Nuestro condominio cuenta con una lavadora-secadora para su conveniencia.

Great Condo
The condo overall was great and we will stay there again. The only 2 issues we had were that the bed setup for the guest room showed it was bunk bed with a pull out twin. The beds in the guest room are actually 2 fulls. Then the cleaning company left dirty towels in the condo and didnt clean out food or change the sheets on the sofa sleeper.

Awesome stay
We had a great time. The condo was advertised as a master on the gulf and a room with bunkbeds. Upon checking in, there were no bunkbeds...just two single beds. The other two kids just slept on the sleeper sofa. It was a great stay overall and we can't wait to come back!

This was a wonderful place to stay! Our family really enjoyed it. Our little girl got sick the last night and had to go to the hospital and they were so accommodating on allowing us another nights stay. We really loved the place!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us. We had a great view of the gulf. Easy access to the beach and pool. The store in building E had good food and were very friendly. The condo was very nice as well.

Beautiful space with all the conveniences of home. Communication with the management company was excellent and the location was ideal for families. Beautiful beach that stretches for miles. Breathtaking views from the living area and master bedroom (we spotted dolphins from the balcony!) Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and well cleaned. The condo is on the first level, which is elevated above the parking space below, so it felt very safe and there’s just a short flight of stairs (or elevator) to get to parking or the beach. Would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful Condo
The renovations to the condo were beautiful. Location to the beach and the views were both amazing. Master bedroom is in it’s own little nook and is very private. Four Star was very helpful and responsive to an issue that was beyond their control. We will definitely stay here again!

Would stay at again!
Having never been to Panama City Beach before we feel like we picked a great condo! It is decorated very nicely. The kitchen is beautiful - way better than mine at home! The big bunk beds were great for our 2 kids and our king bed was super comfy. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen. I was a little apprehensive about being on the 1st floor but it ended up being pretty convenient and made things easier at the end of long days on the beach. Overall a great stay!

Great experience!!
The condo was very clean, and nicely updated! (I am actually jealous of the kitchen - haha) Perfect location; Right by both stairs and elevator, and overlooks both the pool and ocean. Great patio furniture for watching the gorgeous sunrises. I highly recommend this condo!

Late summer vacation with family
Great place for small family of 4 to stay. Never stayed 1st floor until this one and found it very convenient and relaxing. Had issue with ac unit but resolved with one quick phone call and they actually called back to make sure it was still working properly and we feel comfortable. Hope we have a chance to return this unit sometime in the future.

The renovations were amazing to this condo. Great location on first floor. Beautiful beach view and pool view. Well equipped kitchen unlike most we’ve previously stayed in. Only issue was washer not working and as soon as we called property manager came out to fix. Plenty of space. Definitely would stay again!

Nice renovation!
Condo was great. Check-in was super easy. Great location on 1st floor, didn’t have to wait on the elevators. Beach got crowded our last day, so having a reserved chair and umbrella was wonderful. We didn’t have to get up early to stake our claim to a patch of sand. It would have been nice to have a few more basics, like dish soap (to hand wash dishes) or salt and pepper. We were only there for 3 nights- so we didn’t bring much. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in the recently renovated condo!
