Overall, I would recommend staying in this condo with the caveat that you clarify any pricing information given to your in your e-mail from the rental property.
The check in process was easy, and the condo was beautiful. The scenic view from the balcony every morning was breath taking and was probably our favorite part of the whole visit. Easy access to the beach, with premium seating to make the day more enjoyable.
The only downsides we encountered were the amount of time it took to use the elevators (although, we were already anticipating this but hoping it would be better than it was - that's not on the management company, though) and miscommunication in the welcome email. We were quoted a price to rent additional chairs at a certain rate by the property management. When we went to rent the chairs, it was a decent amount more per day than what we were quoted, and we were told they were a 3rd party rental company that is allowed to charge what they want when they want. Ok, cool. When we contacted the management company to inquire about what they were willing to do to offset the discrepancy they quoted, we were met with an attitude of "sorry, not our problem". To be fair, the contract we agreed to does acknowledge they are not responsible for anything 3rd party, but what we pointed out to them is they ARE responsible for THEIR emails and what they put in it, and if they are going to quote a price without checking with the vendor first, they should be responsible for making the discrepancy right. There was never a response to my husband's email detailing our disappointment in this, and showing them exactly where in their email they misquoted a price.
So, I would recommend staying here, but I would recommend questioning anything and everything with this management company before you just take their word on anything quoted outside their price to stay at the condo.
