Get away trip, just for us 2...
We had to leave early because of the impending Hurricane, but enjoyed our days there. The owner was very helpful and responsive to us. The location was very convenient to shopping, restaurants and Pier Park.

We came to get away for a few days and this was a great place to stay. Had all we needed for a quick in and out visit. The beach chair service was wonderful and the ocean perfect! Lois was also great!

Pure perfection
This property has everything needed for a beach vacation all the way down to the beach toys and after sun care. The only thing that we had to provide was food. After speaking to other guests i found out that our host provided so much more than the other hosts. 12

The unit was well stocked, with cute furnishings, a great view, and clean. The host gave us lots of tips for our stay and was responsive to all our questions. We enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella and the balcony overlooking the waves.

Very clean and updated
Pros: Comfortable bed and furniture, all appliances working well during stay. Check-in went smoothly. Beach chairs were always available. Quiet in condo unit. Cons: Despite a non-smoking facility, lots of cigarettes/vapes on surrounding balconies and beach. Very crowded resort, such that small elevators were busy with long waits. No beach towels provided on site, nor in the unit (did not know we had to travel with them).

Quick Getaway
I wanted to surprise my grandson with a quick trip to Panama City. The host, Lois, was very responsive and her condo has AMAZING views! The beach is very nice and the condo is wonderful!

The property was amazing and exactly as described. The property was completely stocked with anything you could possibly need.Lois answered any questions quickly and accurately. The only issue with the property are the elevators, during peak times there is a long wait. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location
This was our first time staying at Tidewater. Our host, Lois was absolutely wonderful to work with. She provided all necessary information ahead of time and was available as well as quick to respond with an answer to any questions. The only issue with this location is the extremely slow elevators. We had to plan to leave to go out with 20-30 extra minutes just because of the speed of the elevators. However, Lois and the Tidwatwr staff were excellent and so very nice! 😊 definitely a host that we will be booking with again!!

Quick PCB Vacation
We enjoyed our long weekend stay at this condo. It was very nice and exactly as described and perfect for my husband and me. The host is very friendly and helpful and made the check in/out process easy. The resort is large and was very busy, so the elevators were always at capacity. Parking is across the street, which adds to travel time once the elevators get you to the main floor. In spite of these drawbacks, we will definitely book this condo again.

Immaculate condo! Owners have stocked it very well for guests!!
Very well maintained condo and stocked. Owners have thought of guests needs during their stay there and have furnished it with everything possible to meet those needs. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who visits the area and would definitely book again!

This condo was clean and very well stocked. Almost everything we thought we'd have to buy was already in the unit. It was very nice having a set of beach chairs and umbrella provided along with the whole storage closet of any beach item you might need. We only had to wait around 5 mins for the elevator each time, but I could see how wait times would be much longer during busier months. The check in process was quick and easy. We filled out the registration form a week early so everything was ready when we arrived. The host, Lois, was so helpful and kind! She answered any questions we had and even reached out during our trip to make sure we were aware of the weather situation. Overall we had a great stay and would come back!

Very nice unit
Our unit was perfect and had all the amenities you could ask for. Great pools, great beach and very well staffed. We were a short drive from Pier Park and lots of restaurants and shopping areas. There was an elevator not functioning the week we were there and wait times were long, but hopefully that’s just a temporary issue.
