The room was perfect clean kitchen was fully stocked with utensils plates everything you would need. The view was outstanding. The elevators suck! Not enough and overcrowded. And the parking sucks! But the property is amazing! Had a great time!!

Great View

Nice room and great view!! Issues we had were the tv’s never worked, our wristbands had issues even after getting replacement bands, and the parking garage is not a fun experience with very tight parking spots. Beach access was very easy, but the “No tents in front of rental chairs” was not enforced.

Beautiful view

This is on the 20th floor with an amazing view, and location. Pool area was beautiful but too early to use. Balcony was amazing.Clean but needs some updating. Older appliances and furniture. We were there two weeks and they only had 2 packets for dishwasher and there were only 2 small towels for kitchen. No hot pads. I would have liked a better equipped kitchen.

Gorgeous view but needs deep cleaned

The property is exactly as described and the view is unbeatable but we were very disappointed in the cleanliness. Upon arrival, the cleaning crew were still cleaning the room so we waited outside for a lengthy time with our luggage and kids after a long day of travel. At first glance everything looks nice and the decor is very beachy. We tried to turn on the living room tv but had no success. We found that the tv was not even plugged in. We moved the media console to plug everything in. The tv still wouldn’t turn on. My husband took apart the remote and there were no batteries in it. Same thing happened with no batteries in remote for the bunk room tv. Every dish and glass we pulled out of the cabinet was dirty so we washed every dish before using it. (I know some of that is on the people renting before). We also had to buy dish soap as there was nothing to clean with. The unit is equipped with a waffle maker and there were chunks of dried batter all over the countertops. I went to warm lunch for the kids in the microwave and the actual tray is missing. My kids wanted to play the PlayStation but there are no controllers. My husband pulled out the sleeper sofa and there was a wad of linens in the middle of the bed. We had a rainy day and stayed in to watch movies but there were no extra blankets or any linens other than towels to cover up with. Lots of tiny inconveniences that will keep us from returning to this exact unit but the view and the pool were exactly what we needed.

Great Vacation Spot

The property was clean, well maintained and easy to access! The only concern we had was arrival, we received the text for early check in and the code didn’t work. A quick call to the support line and we were in the property within minutes. I will definitely book again!

Overall unit

The personal unit was great. The entrance is messy as well as an unirganized parking deck. The security was friendly but not much staff to help with questions. Firness center was nothing special. Overall our stay was great and we rate a 4 but definitely not a 5 star facility.

The perfect view!

This condo was beautiful, clean and exactly what we wanted for our honeymoon. Location was awesome (pineapple willys nextdoor was great) Going in October was a smart move, the sunsets were stunning right from the balcony! In the beginning, we did have an issue with the condo above us doing work that was so loud the walls were shaking and we couldn't hear each other at all for a few hours. We called vacasa and Joanne was wonderful and helpful. The parking garage wasn't as bad as some made it seem. Definitely a little tight if you have a lifted truck or big SUV but we have a normal size suv and had no issues. The elevators did take a little bit of time and I'm sure at peak time it can cause issues but we only had to wait a long period of time (40 min) twice our whole week long stay. The only major con was the beach chair rentals. It was a bit expensive for 2 chairs and an umbrella, which we didn't mind paying but after we got our spot there was 2 rows of people that set up right in front of us blocking our view and access to the beach. I wish we knew prior to renting chairs that people could sit in front of us with umbrellas and chairs, or else we would've went to another beach. Overall, a great experience and we would come back!

Could use some work

The faucet handle in the kitchen was loose and falling off. The tv in the bedroom had intermittent audio to the point we quit trying. The smart tv in the living room didn’t have the remote to watch Netflix or any app, had to download the remote to my phone. That said it was clean and well furnished, it had great views from a more private balcony then the rest of the units in shores of Panama. The location is great right next door to pineapple Willy’s.

Relaxing

Peaceful trip. Reviews are misleading. Trucks and suvs easily fit parking deck as long as they are not lifted, and there are 6 elevators that can be accessed but can be busy at oeak times like any other resort. Pool are is awesome! Live music out there ! Loved the stay. Will go back.

Shores of Panama

This property is terrible. Only 6 elevators for 23 floors. The parking garage is a pain in the butt. The spaces are so tight. The beach was over crowded and littered with cigarette buts. Will no go back. Everyone I spoke to had the same thoughts. Not worth the money spent.

Condo is beautiful, great location, elevators &parking sucked, representation from company sucksy

This condo is beautifully decorated and location is awesome. We arrived on Saturday and immediately noticed a hole behind front door, which I took a picture of for our sake. Someone came in and patched it up during our first day here without notifying us that someone would be in to repair it during our stay. I also notified the company (or whoever receives the emails/messages) that day as well that the TV in the bunkroom would not turn on. I was not notified of a reply untip 1230 am, hours later and in the middle of the night! We were in our condo until Wednesday and the TV never worked, nor did anyone try to help. The most we got was they were told to ask us if everything was plugged in. Then they kept saying they were waiting to hear back from owners. The communication is absolutely awful, especially for what you pay. The condo, complex, pool, amenties... all were amazing. The parking was awful and workers were no help. The elevator situation is one of the worst we have experienced. These, of course, are no way reflection of the owners, however, I feel it is important to know for future renters.
