“The property was exactly as shown in the pictures. The view of the lake was wonderful morning, noon and night. We appreciated the available kayaks. The host was very accommodating and easy to work with. The only negative comment we have is that the water pressure in the bathroom was very low, especially in the shower. We will stay here agaIn!”

“Sweet, cozy cottage right on the shore of Lake Sebasticook. My husband and I have stayed here several times and will be back, hopefully, for many more visits. It's small but provides a comfortable place to unwind. It's quiet. Morning coffee on the sunporch and sunset next to the campfire are the best ! Stairs inside are steep and are not suitable for children or those with mobility issues. The outside has many, many tree roots with uneven terrain so care must be taken when walking next to the...

“This place was perfect for a weekend getaway for my husband, our puppy and I. Such a quiet area and despite close neighbors, we felt nice and secluded. The house is well stocked with everything we needed and more. The pond was super fun to take the canoe and kayaks out on and our dog enjoyed jumping off the dock into the water. There’s not too much to do in the surrounding area, so I’d recommend this place to anyone looking to mostly stay put and enjoy the peace. We’d come back again!”

“We had a fantastic time at this property! The cottage was cozy and had everything we needed, even coffee. Vince gave us a tour and let us know everything we needed to know when we arrived. The kayaking was amazing. We got so close to bald eagles it was breathtaking, we were simply awed. We saw eagles, osprey, herons and so much wildlife. Vince and Sandy were absolutely wonderful hosts, so friendly, accessible and helpful. They even took us out on the boat one evening for a tour of the lake and...
