It is perfect for a family or for friends that are having a get-together, as it has bars and restaurantes within walking distance, the city centre bus and the main promenade a few steps away. It has on property parking space and high speed fibre wifi. As you enter the villa there there is a huge lounge room ,flatscreen tv and netflix, separate dining room, kitchen with table and a small washroom, the back patio wiith another large table for six and the guesthouse bedroom with bathroom. Upstairs, all three rooms have terrace and aircon/heating , study desk area, two barhrooms flatscreen. The attic terrace to chill out or dine during summer evenings, also has table and seatng for six and a large flatscreen tv I always recieve guests upon arrival to give them keys and register the check-in. I am always available nearby if you need anything. It is not suitable for young groups or party people, as it is a house that needs to be cared for, with delicate furniture and neighbours that need their rest. Young groups in their 20's, please do not request this property.
