Me encanta la decoración y los muebles de los años 30, 40 y 50. La Zen Pool Villa también está decorada con arte y artesanías originales de todo el mundo (Bali, México, Francia, etc.). La mayoría de los muebles son antiguos, excepto las camas y los colchones que se compraron hace dos años.

Dos dormitorios principales: cada uno con una cama king size. Un televisor de pantalla inteligente de 65 "en el primer dormitorio (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.) También un gran televisor de 55 "en la sala de estar con canales por cable y un tercer televisor (pantalla plana de 40") en el segundo dormitorio. La cocina y los baños aún tienen su aspecto retro: no actualizado (no "encimeras de granito", etc. También no hay microondas). Garaje de gran tamaño para un automóvil: espacio libre para vehículo de 7 pies de altura y 8 pies 10 "de ancho. Estacionamiento de visitas para un segundo coche al otro lado de la calle.

El hermoso Ironwood Country Club, donde se encuentra el condominio Zen Pool Villa, detrás de las puertas, con guardias de seguridad 24/7, ofrece un mundo tranquilo, aislado y exclusivo. Un entorno increíble con el telón de fondo de las montañas, con paisajes increíbles y cuidados, y a menos de 5 minutos de la colina desde El Paseo, en un callejón sin salida, al final de Portola.

Solo usted y su automóvil, como huéspedes registrados, podrán ingresar (estacionamiento en el garaje para 1 automóvil, y estacionamiento para huéspedes en la calle para un automóvil adicional, si es necesario).

No se permiten fiestas (los invitados no podrán entrar por la puerta). Nuestro hermoso vecindario y la ciudad de Palm Desert son estrictos en cuanto a la tranquilidad: los vecinos viven allí a tiempo completo y queremos asegurarnos de que no estén molestos :) Gracias por su comprensión.

La piscina y el jacuzzi se calientan del 25 de octubre al 25 de mayo de cada año (pero la temperatura de la piscina se mantiene en los 80 o más debido al calor del verano :).

En las cercanías: hermoso y divertido El Paseo. Al sur de Palm Desert; El desierto viviente; Whole Foods, Trader Joe y Jensen. Restaurantes, centros comerciales y centros comerciales. También cerca del río, museos y galerías de arte, Indian Wells Tennis, campos de golf y Village Fest el jueves por la noche en Palm Springs (a unos 20 minutos en auto). Caminatas, rutas de senderismo y mucho más.

En Ironwood, estás a 5-10 minutos de golf de clase mundial, restaurantes, tiendas, casinos, tenis y el desierto viviente.

Great place near Palm Desert

A good choice.
My wife and I stayed for 2 weeks in November and found the place clean and comfortable. It should appeal to a senior couple looking for a quiet, warm and sunny getaway. Having 2 bedrooms and bathrooms is a bonus. There is plenty of room for two people, the kitchen has most of the essentials and a huge modern fridge. The washer and dryer was great. And the gated community has lots of green areas and pools- one just steps from the back patio. Several choices for grocery stores are about 10 minutes away. A car is needed. The community is really nice for daily walks but there are no services within walking distance. The garage and driveway are pretty tight, so ask about that if you have a larger car. You should also be aware of the noise and partying restrictions. There are lots of walking/hiking trails; also restaurants and art stores/galleries in the area. It's a bit on the expensive side in regard for food prices but we found it convenient and comfortable to buy and cook our own. If you like a good kitchen knife, you may want to pack your own as no condo or vrbo ever provides good knives (perhaps for safety). Also a sleep mask for the second bedroom, which gets sunny early. Overall, this place provides a great home away from home. Here we were able to pick ripe grapefruit right off the tree by the back patio. Pretty sweet.

Home Away from Home
This was our second stay at this property. We chose it again because of its location, practical imenities and value for the cost. A pool right off your patio? Citrus trees ripe for the picking? Comfortable beds and accommodations, this property just says "welcome home." We will definitely book again when we return to Palm Desert.

Very Nice
This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit very near the spa and pool, which is very convenient. Beautiful scenery and landscaping. Michelle was very communicative and helpful. The unit does not get a lot of direct sunlight, which keeps it cool. Big TV's in all rooms makes it easy to relax. Ironwood is a beautiful community, fun to walk around. The location is terrific, near lots of shopping, restaurants and golf.

Fantastic property
Michelle was very accommodating right from the start. I was surprised at how clean the property was upon arrival. It has everything you need and the private patio with close pool access was perfect. The condo is close by all the restaurants and shops on el Paseo but in a beautiful very private neighborhood. We will be staying again. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Home Away from Home
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we have tried a variety of approaches to feel safe and comfortable when traveling, including B & Bs and hotels. Yet, it was our visit to Michelle's Palm Desert home where we truly felt like it was a "home away from home." Michelle's communication was impeccable and prior to our stay, we had a lovely conversation about the house and nearby sites and attractions. Once we arrived, everything was just as she had described and what we had read in prior reviews - clean, quiet and lovely furnished in a wonderful area. We loved the flexibility of being able to fix our own meals in Michelle's very well equipped kitchen. The notebook she prepared was comprehensive and informative! My sister was able to visit us during our stay and the extra bedroom with its own bathroom on the other side of the house was perfect. We are so appreciative of all of Michelle's efforts and look forward to a future visit.

Beautiful Setting In Ironwood CC
We were two couples on a golfing trip sharing this large 2 bed/2bath condominium in Ironwood CC for 10 days. Ironwood CC is a beautifully maintained and secured private area with impeccable grounds. It features wide roads with a variety of places to walk and jog. Michelle's condo was a perfect size featuring a single car enclosed garage (big enough for our rented SUV), a large kitchen, dining room and spacious living room area (with two large couches surrounding a large screen tv). Both bedrooms featured king beds and separate bathrooms. From the condo patio it was only about 10 steps to the hot tub/pool area. Her patio had a very nice table/chairs for morning dining and two large cushioned loungers. There was also a washer/dryer in a large laundry/storage room and we found the kitchen well stocked with pots, pan, silverware, cooking utensils, glassware, coffee maker, toaster oven and toaster, and a nice refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker. Michelle was so kind and responsive to any questions prior to our arrival. Check in was simple via a digital lock. We had absolutely zero issues and found our stay to be very peaceful and all that was promised on the web site. This location (at Ironwood) is so convenient since you are up from the valley a couple of miles in a very upscale area. You are within a five-minute drive to El Paseo and about 20 minutes to the airport and slightly less to LaQuinta. You are also within 15 minutes of some of the valley's nicest golf courses, restaurants and shopping. Thank you Michelle for all you did to accommodate our rescheduling of our visit to your place. It was wonderful!

Great location! Orange tree on both sides of patio and walk out to the pool. The property suited us well! Only thing it needed was up an grade on dresser in master and guest bedrooms. Most all bands and entertainment had started back up just in time! Wonderful time in ironwood

PERFECT GETAWAY - FANTASTIC CONDO!
Highly recommend this condo for many reasons! First of all Ironwood is an absolutely beautiful gated community that is spotlessly clean, immaculately landscaped and full of friendly people. The rental condo was of exceptional value as it was spacious, well stocked, nicely decorated, had amazingly comfortable beds and was within steps of the private and quiet pool. Michelle, the owner, was incredibly easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions we had while we were there. Thanks for a perfect getaway Michelle! We'll be back!!

Nice place, read on.
We arrived late and tired but the checkin process was quick and easy. Access to the villa through the one car garage was easy once we got in. One in our party started sneezing soon after our arrival but it wasn't until the end of our stay that we realized that the cause could have been the villa and not the change in climate, region of the country, or a contraction of a germ from the airplane. Upon investigation and after struggling with the furnace cover door (not wanting to break anything) we found that the filter was very dirty and was not the right size for the furnace! There was a lot of dust and dirt circulating through the cheap air filter and the gaps due to the fit of the wrong sized filter. The villa had just been cleaned so we found it to be a neat, clean, and comfortable place for an older unit. There were plenty of pillows on the beds which were comfortable and plenty of towels for the bath and pool. The hot tub and pool were right outside the living room door; very convenient! There were also some changes in the way the contract read and the instructions provided vs. what we found so, it was a little confusing. We liked the area and it was in an upscale neighborhood that made us feel confortable and safe.

Quick trip to the desert
Our Palm Desert home is being remodeled and I needed a place to stay while I was checking on progress. On previous visits I stayed in a hotel but this trip wanted something a little more comfy and private. This home was perfect. Located in Ironwood Country Club, a gated community and conveniently located in Palm Desert, Zen Pool Villa was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Exactly what I was hoping for! It also has a one car garage and located close to the pool. Lovely home away from home.

Great Property, Better Host!
We (four adults; 2 couples) rented the Zen Pool Villa in April of 2019 for one week during a friend's wedding celebration at the Ironwood Country Club. In short, the Villa was nothing short of perfect for our group. The house itself is wonderful. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The patio is perfect for an afternoon cigar, siesta or even a nightcap. The pool and hot tub--right out the back door of the villa--hit the spot for an afternoon dip after activities in the desert heat. Garage for a car; street parking spots for trucks. Wonderful accommodations! The location is also excellent. You can walk to the country clubhouse in the morning for breakfast/ coffee or a workout, you can run/ walk inside the gated community if that's your thing, you are a 5 minute drive from the restaurants and shops on El Paseo, and within fifteen minutes of hundreds golf courses in the area. If you like to hike, there's a great hike (called Bump n' Grind) just five minutes away. The host was also a dream. She was easy to get ahold of, had great communication (I had questions about the property pre-booking), and gave us clear instructions for accessing/ staying at the property. Very friendly woman! In short, great property, great location, great host!
