OK, but no thermostat control.
The property was clean. The rooms were decent size. The overwhelming drawback is the inability to lower the temperature below 76 degrees -- to 74 or 73 degrees.. It was way too hot in the house, especially for the amount of money paid for the stay.

Overall great property, great neighborhood. Everything worked great. Only inconsistency was pool maintenance. Had to call to request early in our stay and then no further service despite home book indicating twice weekly maintenance. Otherwise everything was great.

Everything you need.
This home is thoughtfully appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. The property was perfectly clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The pool and hot tub were lovely. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms had plenty of towels. There were even pool towels, ready for use, folded neatly by the backdoor. We decided to stay in and cook one night and the kitchen had everything we needed (tool and utensil-wise) to make a beautiful meal out on the back grill. I cannot recommend this property enough for your next stay in Palm Springs.

Amazing Vacation
Our stay at this home was amazing!!! Great location, lovely home, easy living and the home was fully stocked with everything needed. Beds were comfy and the pool was perfect. Definitely book again and again!!!!

Wonderful place.
Wonderful place to stay. The interior and pool were beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance to downtown. We would stay here again. We loved everything about this property.

Perfect home
This was the perfect house for our weekend stay. It is so nice that each bedroom has a private bath. The home was well stocked with paper products, basic spices in the cupboard, laundry supplies and kitchen utensils. The covered outdoor area provided plenty of shade when the sun got too hot. The property management company was very easy to work with and gave clear instructions for accessing the home. The location is perfect, close to town and grocery stores. I highly recommend this home!

Absolutely Magnificent/Peaceful
This property is great!!!!!The pictures don't do it justice. The location is perfect and the house amenities and appliances are all high end and plentiful. The layout is cozy and expansive and the pool along with the hot tub is the icing on the cake. In addition, this property provides a good deal of privacy for a great extended weekend. I will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful House
The property was beautiful with a surprise that the third bedroom was in the casita- it worked for us but may not for others. The house was stylishly furnished and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything and more than you would need and the sheets and towels were excellent quality. The property management company was very difficult to reach- we waited twice on hold for 45 minutes just to get through to an answering service. Once we got through to the actual agent he helped us. The air conditioning unit in the main house is extremely loud. Our pool was supposed to be cleaned on Tuesday and Friday. We arrived on Friday and he bottom was dirty with leaves and dirt. I sent a message to the management company with pictures but heard nothing from them. All in all the house was beautiful. I would work on the communication piece and also the AC noise as if that were not fixed I probably wouldn’t stay in this beautiful and comfortable property again.

Very nice home
This home is very nice. Everything is new, clean, and in great shape. We stayed for 4 days in August. While we were preparing dinner the first night, 2 of the fire alarm batteries started chirping. We were able to reach one and disassemble one, but couldn’t reach the one in the office. We called Saturday morning to report it, were told that some one would be out that day. No one came, so we called 9:00 am Sunday. We were told that they would be out by 12:00 to fix it. The handyman called at 5:00 to find out what kind of battery, and what was wrong. He said he’d come that night. No one showed. By Monday I knew it wasn’t worth wasting another phone call. So, for our entire visit we had the loud high pitch chirp every 10-15 minutes. Not exactly what we were hoping for. I realize the management company is very busy during Covid19, but, I had also emailed 3 times before our stay with a few questions and to have the twin beds pushed together (which the ad claims they’d happily do) they weren’t, and I never received a response to any email. Adding these issues to the horribly loud air conditioning, which is a loud high pitch roar when running, our stay was a bit disappointing. The air conditioner sounds like you’re in a 747, and makes watching movies on the great tv, hard to hear, and really loud The house is really cute, and the casita is very nice.. However, next time, we will probably be looking for something else.

Review of 295 Palo Verde
The house and location were fantastic! Perfect amount of room, great yard, pool, everything was great!! 3 issues--smoke detector in small office beeped all four days; called mgmt 2x but smoke detector was never serviced and no returned phone calls. On last night of stay, 2 large cockroaches were in the hallway and near kitchen entry (I have pictures). Called again, yet no returned call. On departure day, electric driveway gate slid off track and alarm then went off for over 45 minutes. Gate was not moveable and remained open. Took over 45 minutes and 3 separate phone calls to get live person to service the gate. While we absolutely loved the property, the number one problem with this reservation was the lack of customer service with the property management company. We rent through VRBO 2-3 times annually for Palm Springs, and were quite surprised by not getting returning phone calls on the above mentioned items.

Christmas Stay in Palm Springs.
This house was beautifully appointed with every thing we could have wanted. The kitchen accomadated wonderful Christmas Eve and Day dinners. The out door spaces were delightful and the den was great with the fireplace. The neighborhood was lovely and it has close proximity to the shops in town. We had a great time.

A beautiful home, but...
The house and property are newly renovated, and are very nice. It is well located, on a quiet street, close to most amenities. Everything was clean and tidy, and very well stocked with all you’ll need to live comfortably while there. There were a few annoyances: We arrived after hours, so I had prearranged to access the home directly, however was given the wrong access code. We had to wait at the gate for someone to come by. It is critical that the arrival be as seamless as possible; this was not so. I asked that the pool be heated, but it wasn’t added to the contract. So I called the next day, but it wasn’t turned on. For the first 7 days of our 12 day stay the pool was too cold to use. After several complaints, finally being insistent, a manager confirmed that it would be heated, and by the next morning it was nice and warm. He agreed not to charge us for the first 7 days, (and I’m grateful), however that really isn’t the point. We spent over half our time there not being able to use the pool. That is unacceptable. The new renovation is lovely, however there can be unforeseen issues. The smoke detector goes off virtually every time you use the oven. Again, a beautiful home in a great location, nicely appointed, clean and tidy, but regrettably the property manager could have done a much better job. We don't think we'd return as a result.
