Esta casa restaurada de Alexander se encuentra en el extremo sur de Palm Springs en un área conocida como Twin Palms. La casa cuenta con un gran patio trasero privado y muy privado con una espectacular piscina, pozo de fuego y área de descanso. Hay maravillosas vistas a la montaña desde el patio trasero, sala de estar y dormitorio principal.


La sala de estar tiene un gran sofá circular con un televisor con pantalla plana de 55 pulgadas. El comedor tiene una mesa de comedor elegante y espaciosa. La cocina cuenta con el horno y la estufa originales de color rosa y cromo con pase a través de la ventana al patio. También hay un patio privado junto a la cocina con asientos clásicos para 6 y una nueva barbacoa de gas Weber.

Hay muchos espacios interiores / exteriores con hermosas vistas a la montaña desde muchas de las ventanas de pisos claros y puertas corredizas de vidrio. Hay una gran zona de estar con chimenea y zona de barbacoa para el entretenimiento al aire libre.

Esta casa tiene 3 dormitorios y 3 baños, dos de los cuales son master suites. Todas las habitaciones son amplias y luminosas, bellamente decoradas con muebles de diseño vintage. La primera suite principal tiene una cama king size grande y cómoda con cabecera acolchada caprichosa. También cuenta con un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 "con grandes ventanas corredizas de vidrio a un atrio privado y patio trasero. La segunda suite principal tiene una lujosa cama queen size con su propio baño grande con acceso a la piscina. Mid-Century Mod Magic!
My daughter and I enjoyed a two day/night’s stay at this architectural and historical treasure. The property is beautifully maintained and would most definitely make William Krisel and Ray Bradbury proud! Staying here felt like walking into a dream and waking up in the beauty of the breathtaking past. I highly recommend a stay here, especially if you’re a nostalgia buff like me!

Superb long weekend in trendy Palm Springs
Amazing historical mid century home in the fantastic neighbourhood of twin palms. We had a relaxing weekend stay in this beautiful retro home. We swam everyday in the large pool which was visited by hummingbirds . Very well equipped home with lots of pantry staples. Highly recommend.

Bradbury House Gem
We love staying at the Bradbury House. Not only it’s history but it’s classic mid-century vibe is so very pleasing. The neighborhood is great and very quiet. Would highly recommend.

Mid century Dream House
This is a fantastic, beautiful and comfortable property in mostly original mid century condition. It has a lot of history as the former home of Ray Bradbury. We could not have enjoyed our stay more and the host was incredibly responsive. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful -a perfect escape and still convenient to downtown.

Ray Bradbury's House with great pool
The house is filled with vintage detail including lots of RB memorabilia which our cocktail party guests marveled at. The flowing layout to a large heated pool just outside the wall of windows made for delightful days in the sun. Palm Springs is fabulous! Take note that vintage means a stove from the 50's. For heating up chicken pot pies from Jensen's it worked fine. Communication with the host could have been better.

Stylish, spacious and unique
Fans of mid-century modern will fall in love with this beautiful spacious house situated on a large lot in the in the highly desirable Twin Palms neighborhood of Palm Springs. Decor includes many authentic mid-century pieces. Neighborhood is quiet and close to all that PS has to offer. Detailed and accurate instructions for checking in and out and operating appliances and fixtures. Very quick and helpful responses from the manager. Would be happy to vacation here again.

Delightful stay!
Stayed at Twin Palms with my partner and 2 friends and had a wonderful time! The house and the neighborhood are gorgeous, and the property owner was super responsive when we had a last minute request to heat the pool. The fun mid century details around the house like typewriters in guest rooms, and a cool closet tiki bar were an extra bonus! And of course we got down to reading the Ray Bradbury books that were on display. Great time and would happily rent again!

Still perfect !
This is the second time staying here and everything was still perfect about the house and the location. Steve was quick to respond to a question we had and checking in was a breeze. Highly recommend this lovely house and neighborhood and hope to be able to stay here again.

BEST DTAY EVER!
The Bradbury House was everything we hoped for and more!! We had the most relaxing mother daughter trip EVER! Only wish we could have stayed longer. It looks exactly like the pictures and is so spotlessly clean!!!!!!! The pool was fabulous and the location was divine. Steve was the most wonderful, kind, welcoming host we’ve ever encountered. Prompt to reply and make sure we had everything we needed. Also extremely convenient to get to airport and anywhere we wanted to visit in PS. Book it now ! Thank you Steve for a memorable trip!

Beautiful Bradbury
Take a step back in time and enjoy the Bradbury house. The furnishings took me back to my childhood. I thoroughly enjoyed reading some of Ray's thoughts and interviews. The pool is lovely and would be even better when the weather cools down a bit. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. The architecture is amazing. I highly recommend the Mid-Century Modern Twin Palms home,

Lovely Palm Beach Getaway
Our time at The Bradley was absolutely perfect. A wonderful place for a quiet getaway weekend. The house was stocked with everything you could need. Very clean and beautifully designed. The pool and yard were well maintained and private and the neighborhood was great for a morning or evening walk.

Fabulous
An exquisite property in one of the most fabulous areas of Palm Springs. Furnishings and home accessories are on point mid-century modern. A curated collection of vintage items, peppered in are modern pieces of high quality. The patio and pool are amazing, the neighborhood is extremely walkable and feels safe any time of day or night. The neighbors are friendly and cheerful. We loved our stay at this home during the Holidays! The hosts are kind and wonderful communicators. We'd love to come back one day!

Broken items detracted from our stay; host could communicate better
The house is architecturally significant and located in a great neighborhood. Unfortunately, the owner did not inform us the oven was broken until after we purchased our Thanksgiving turkey. A front bedroom window was also broken so with low temps in the 40s, the bedroom was cold every night. Palm Springs has many rules for renters to follow which are understandably meant to keep order for permanent residents. Don’t ask the owner too many questions about the rules though because he will not rent to you. While we were fortunate to stay in the house, and the owner was communicative about repairing the leaky toilet, most subsequent communication was ignored including a request to propose remuneration for the broken oven, window and toilet. As someone who owns a second home that I rent a lot on VRBO, I am sympathetic and patient with an imperfect situation, but was disappointed with this host.

What a House!
The "Bradbury" house was just as it was described and the photos were very telling. It really felt like we stepped back into the 50's in luxury. Our group had an amazing time hanging by the pool and firepit. The house aesthetic was beautiful and we really appreciated the time-appropriate ORGINAL pieces down to the tiniest details of the mid-century modern handles, finishes and artwork. What a dream, we did want to leave! Steve was very responsive throughout our stay when we had a few questions. Overall, a great experience, would stay again!

Swimming and Stargazing
Family gathering of 3 siblings, spouses, kids and grandkids. The house Isa true mid-century inside and out. The furnishings were period appropriate down to the pink stove and oven. The home was immaculate. We spent time inside playing games, talking and enjoying my 8 month old great niece. Around 4pm we took advantage of the beautiful pool for a couple hours. Dinner followed, Bill's pizza was a delicious choice. About 8:30 we returned to the pool for more swimming, exercise and stargazing. It was extremely relaxing and was enjoyed by all. Our group ranged in age from 70-8mos. The 6 year old was the most enthusiastic guest.
