BEST WEEKEND

We had a fantastic stay at this Palm Springs home! The location is ideal, close to everything yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. The interior design is stunning, modern, stylish, and thoughtfully decorated throughout. Every room felt like a magazine spread! The beds were super comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed, which made getting ready a breeze.The backyard was definitely a highlight, with plenty of seating, a great layout, and the perfect spot to relax in the sunshine or enjoy a meal outdoors. Communication with the property management company was excellent, they were responsive, professional, and made everything easy from start to finish.The only issue we experienced was a sewer smell in the casita, but we picked up a few air fresheners and were still able to enjoy the space. That aside, everything else about the home exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again!

This was an exceptional house for our party of five couples both for the facility and location. The interior furnishings are modern and comfortable. As we ate most of our meals in, the kitchen was adequately equipped to handle a party of 10. The backyard was roomy and the pool very refreshing. Our only recommendation would be to have installed ceiling fans in the bedrooms to aid in climate control. (not a deal breaker, the AC did a great job)

Great weekend

It was great. Everyone loved the house. A lamp in the master bedroom flickered and tripped the breaker. We unplugged the lamp and it did not happen again.

Modern and Relaxing Space

We had a wonderful stay at Modern Posh. The property management team was extremely responsive to all our questions and needs. The house was very clean, well stocked, stylish and fun decor. Loved the large yard and gorgeous view. We hope to come back!

A real gem!

The 8 of us loved this vacation home & it’s location! It was clean & well appointed. It had everything we could possibly want or need! The owner & the property management team were prompt with answers and supplies!We will be back!!!

Perfect Getaway

The owners and the home were lovely. This location was the perfect getaway for friends. There’s lots of room; there’s personal space; it’s walkable to downtown; and the owners were extremely responsive and kind. Highly recommend the home for families or friends who want to getaway to the beautiful PS area.

Conveniently located

We had a wonderful stay. Hosts were very accommodating. Only thing negative was the frig only had 1 handle, the other side was broken. Other than that - the place was amazing.

Great house and location

The kitchen was super well stocked, the house was super clean. The spa and fire pit and ping pong table and yard was amazing. The only thing is the house sleeps 10 but the city ordinance only lets 8 people stay. And the house booking said on street parking was available but the city ordinance says no street parking. So just be aware. But the neighborhood is quiet and a close enough walk to downtown. My elderly folks and siblings and my family were all very comfortable. The property managers were helpful.

This was the perfect place for a girls getaway! The house was nice, clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for 8 of us. Great location, close to downtown and the airport. The management was very responsive and helpful.

8 thumbs up from our group!

We are a 4 couple group in our 60-70’s. The guys left most days to golf, and we all embraced the games, heated pool, hot tub, grill, laundry and local amenities. I booked this place for our group, and we drew cards to choose rooms. We chose the casita out back and absolutely loved it! The main en suite was huge and the couple who had it were quite pleased. The other en suite was great also, plenty of room but half the size of the main. Then the short straw went to the two bedrooms down the hall with one bathroom - they got their pick of bedroom and were the only ones who had to walk out in the hall to access their restroom. We all agreed that we wanted our own bathrooms, so it all worked out, but if you come with 4 couples, consider a sliding scale for the casita and main en suite maybe chipping in a little extra. All in all, we love this place and will return!

Modern Posh was perfect for us!

Modern Posh was the perfect house for our annual Empty Nester trip with 3 other couples. Each couple had their own full bathroom and there was plenty of room for us in the beautifully appointed inside, as well as the amazing backyard with heated pool, hot tub, large seating area, outdoor dining, outdoor kitchen and firepit. It was like staying in a luxury resort but having all the amenities to ourselves.
