Home had a good layout and was in great location. A lot to like but had a lot of dust in the home when we checked in and problems with bbq and spa. Management was responsive but owners need to make some improvements.

Spacious home, great location
The home could use a little updating but it’s spacious, clean, and in a great location near downtown and in a quiet neighborhood. The yard is great, and the hot tub perfect for sunsets. Kitchen is very well supplied. We’d definitely return.

Family Vacation
We found the property to be a bit run down pool was dirty when we arrived. bug infestation inside the house, specially in the master, one of my nephews caught a rash so he had to stay in a different room, we paid top dollar for this property and we felt as if the management just doesn't make the effort to keep the property clean and well maintained.

Mom’s 80th!
PS Olivos is the perfect house for a Family gathering such as ours for our Mother’s 80th! The house and bedroom layout and pool amenities were spot on for a large and active group.

Lovely stay
We had a lovely stay here. Pool was warm, great because the weather was a bit cooler than predicted! The hot tub was appreciated as well. Birds were around all day! Very responsive host! Hope to be back!

Best place ever!
We can't say enough great things about this home. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. With four bedrooms and five baths, there was plenty of space to sleep or get away for some downtime. The pool - there are no adequate words - was wonderful! It was the largest and deepest pool we've ever seen and was the perfect temperature throughout our stay. There were lounge chairs for each of us, and we spent most of the day just swimming and soaking up the sun. The kitchen and dining room allowed for family dinners throughout our stay, something we haven't done in a long time. Everything about the house was perfect and relaxing, and was an amazing place for our family to reconnect. We will definitely stay here again. Incredible!

Great Family Weekend
The place was great. There was plenty of room for 8 adults. There are large areas indoors and outdoors to all gather together and room enough to have separation as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. All en-suite bedrooms is a plus. The place is close to restaurants and shops, but you could also close the gate and never have to leave. We loved it.

House totally stocked!
I have stayed at 11 or 12 rental properties in Palm Springs and never have I seen one stocked with dishes, pots and pans, plastic dishes for leftovers, Saran and Reynolds wrap, 2 coffee makers, waffle maker, fondue set, etc., etc. like this property was stocked. Couldn’t find pool towels immediately and we said, “ah ha, we found something they don’t have” but they were in cabinet by the pool! Master bedroom/closet could use an update as the master bath is wonderful. So much room and the grounds are beautiful.

Great location, subpar home
Our stay started off a little rocky - but the property management was responsive and communicative the whole time, which was much appreciated. We are in between on if we would stay in this house again, here are the pros and cons: Pros: amazing location - walking distance to DT, easy communication with management, every room has it's own bathroom. Cons: a block away from the hospital - sirens and loud helicopters all day long, outdoor gear/pool/hot tub was not clean - very dusty and a lot of debris, pool was not heated (very cold) and even when we asked for heat to be turned on (and charged for it) the pool still wasn't warm enough, the backyard pool area gets shaded by 2pm so you have a very small window to be outside in the pool with sun, property management and owners don't seem to communicate when the yard maintenance comes - the lawn guy came our second day at the house and was doing yard work for about 4 hours and we couldnt use the pool/front yard at all...he also made the pool very dirty blowing debris in the pool and inside the house. Overall, while the location of the house was great - we would stay in a little "homier" house next time where you can hang by a more sunny and usable pool (especially with kids).

Looking forward to renting again
We really enjoyed our time at this property, it was perfect for what we were looking to do: catching up w/ old friends we hadn't seen in over a year. The location was actually pretty amazing, you're basically a block or two off of the main drag of Palm Springs, but we only left the house once to go to brunch on Sunday and were perfectly content to spend the rest of the time at the house. We were 8 adults, 4 couples, so the 4bedroom ensuite set up was perfect for us. We were there for 5 days and there were plenty of spaces for us to spend time together or apart. The furniture was very comfortable, often times vacation rentals don't have the most comfortable sofas but this one was great and optimally set up for us to all hang out comfortably. I'll also say that this was the most stocked kitchen I've ever seen in a vacation rental. There was a kitchenaid mixer, a food processor, and an instapot! I actually brought a small rice cooker w/ me, imagine my surprise when I saw the instapot, so that was cool. Temperature wise it could get a bit warm as the thermostat can't go below 73. True, compared to outside in the middle of the day (we went in late August) it still felt amazing when you first come in. The concrete floor also helps keep temps down and is also ideal when you come in a little damp from the pool. But if you weren't coming in from outside and were cooking in the kitchen it would get warm, only the main bedroom had a fan in it when we first arrived and you could definitely feel the difference, (we never opened the drapes). Someone went to Walmart and picked up cheap box fans (under $20). We got one for each room and during the day we'd bring them out to the main areas to help supplement the AC. Those worked out great and were an easy solution. On to the best part, THE POOL! Again, we were out there in August, so super hot but it also worked out that the pool started to get shaded by the hedges around noon. So no need for extra umbrellas by the edge of the pool, we were usually in there by 1pm and were comfortably hanging out all day. The water temp was perfect and the pool is pretty large. Enough for 8 adults to be on some kind of floaty and not be crammed up right next to each other. I also liked how deep it was. Working w/ the management agency was great, they were very responsive and check in was super easy. All the information is easily accessible. We cannot wait to come back to this house!

Good stay
We loved the pool and the private outside area. The rooms were clean and comfortable. One guest bed was not firm. Helicopters fly over head going to the hospital. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils you need but does not come with any basics (olive oil, water filter, vinegar, coffee, tea, sugar, etc.). Lovely house but for the premium pricing I expected a more courteous host. The rental company even asked us to leave the house early for checkout because of their cleaning schedule. All communications only focused on their requirements.

Great Home for Entertaining
Love the Movie Colony and the home was very spacious. Equipped with everything you might need. Management was very responsive and paid great attention to detail. The home could use a refresh to make it a truly luxe experience. The pool was fantastic, save the shedding of leaves from the hedges. A minor inconvenience and it would not deter us from renting again.
