Our stay was great. Nice location. The decor if fun. Couples and singles had their own room. The kitchen is well appointed for cooking and entertaining.

Fantasy soccer league getaway
Was a great getaway for me and my friends. The pool was great, the sleeping accommodations were nice, and the location was nice. Would stay here again.

DO NOT stay here in the summer
First of all, I did not realize that this property was managed by Vacasa when I booked on VRBO. If I had, I would not have booked this property because my experience with Vacasa has been always negative. The house itself was fine, and the amenities were as pictured. But the major issue was that the owner/maintenance did not allow us control of the thermostat. They had locked the temperature at 74°, which is both insufficient and inappropriate. When it is 100° outside the house was unbearable for us to sleep in. I also think it is incredibly inappropriate for owners to not give their tenants control of air conditioning, especially in a desert climate, and especially when it is promised as an amenity. I reached out to the maintenance and they informed me that the thermostat was not an amenity in the summer months… What?! Then the house shouldn’t be listed for rent in the summer months. Vacasa did absolutely nothing to fix the situation for us. All that being said, I did reach out to Verbo with a complaint that they weren’t allowing us to control the thermostat and they took the complaint very seriously and have been working to correct this going forward. It should be clearly stated when renting the property you were not going to have air-conditioning. (Seems like a safety concern to me). All I can say, is, do not rent this property.

We enjoyed our time at this property
We traveled from out of state to this property for few days and visited with family in the area. We thought this was a nice approx 1200 sq foot home in a good neighborhood. The home was clean and well stocked. The HVAC is set at 74 with was a little warm at times in the main living area but ther are good working and quiet ceiling fans throughout the home. Attractive mid-century modern furnishings and comfortable bedding. Renovated kitchen was fully stocked with all kitchenware we needed including a dual drip/Keurig coffee maker. Newer appliances (large fridge). Concrete floors and large area rugs throughout the home. The 4th bedroom (which we did not use) is located in a free standing casita next to the house in the backyard. No bathroom is in the casita but it is nicely furnished. In the garage is nice, clean stacked washer/dryer set (bring your own soap, dryer sheets). The home felt very secure with a locked front courtyard and fully fenced and gated. It is dog friendly. The BBQ is large and lights easy. The yard is very private with pool and spa. We thoroughly enjoyed the large, deep pool and we paid the extra to heat the pool - which was perfectly heated during our stay. The spa was great addition. The house is in an older but well-kept part of town not far from downtown Palm Springs, the airport (you can see and hear some airplanes from the property but it didn't bother us) and the wind turbines at edge of town. An Albertsons grocery store is a 3 minute drive away which was very convenient. We enjoyed our time at this property and would stay at this property again.

Great Palm Spring home.
This house is beautifully redone with the main house opening fully to a beautiful back yard and pool. We were here in November so make sure to have the pool heated. The check-in time is a bit late at 4pm and the check-out time is too early at 10am and there was no willingness from the property management company to accommodate any variance from their policy. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The living room has a nice large sectional and an open floor plan to the kitchen and dining area. The AC in the Casita which is the 4th bedroom was inadequate to cool the room even when the day did not reach 90 degrees. I cannot imagine it being liveable during the very hot summer months. Overall it was a nice stay. The house was clean and well supplied.

Family fun in the sun
Pros: Great ambiance, the house takes you back in time. The place was extremely clean (other than pool, will get to that later). The backyard landscape is amazing. Plenty of laying around room both inside and out. Family of 7 was more than comfortable in this house and casita. The pool is perfect size and what’s best is it actually has a deep end. The hot tub was also a great time at night. Con: when we arrived the pool seemed as though it hadn’t been clean recently, it was clean enough to use. The property book said pool is cleaned Mondays and Thursdays, we arrived on a Wednesday and I would say it didn’t look like the pool had been cleaned Monday, but who knows. So we expected the pool person on Thursday but never showed, he ended up coming on Friday. Last Con has nothing to do with the property or the rental company, but I have to say a little annoyed at the music ordinance the city of Palm Springs has, they (rental company) really do a job scaring you with potential fines and or removal off the property if a noise complaint is filled. So on one hand I understand the annoyance of loud music, I don’t like hearing other peoples horrible music, but the ordinance seems over the top. Having said that, we had to listen to leaf blowers ever morning for a couple hours, only thing worse than absurdly loud music is leaf blowers, how about the city of Palm Springs make that next on their list of things to ban.

Great place!
Only problem was that although I sent numerous emails and called and spoke to an associate at VACASA and charged the pool fee of $340 the pool heat was never turned on and we arrived to a cool pool and it stayed cool. For the price of the house the least we could ask is to have emails returned and the pool to be warm as paid for. Otherwise an exceptional place.

Great Pool!
The pool and hot tub were clean and huge for a rental house. We were nervous about the pool not being gated with our small children but every door had a loud chime/alarm that was easily turned on/off to alert if a door was opened. The house was very clean. Bedrooms were comfortable with several pillow options. It was hard to keep the house comfortably cool. The curling fans were great but the thermostat was locked at 78 degrees and with the vaulted ceilings it was usually around 80-82 in the house. We also had an issue with termites In the house and a fire ant nest in the yard near the casita. I reached out to the management company and never heard back. This basically made the side yard useless as it was not safe to be on barefoot. Despite all our efforts one of the kids was bitten several times on his foot by the ants. The termites inside were just more of a nuisance and gross. It was a bummer every morning to wake up to them all over the floors and having to kill/ dispose of them. But from what I understand termite swarm season is short so our timing was just unlucky. One last thing to consider is the quiet hours. 10pm was fine. 10am is hard with a family with kids ready to jump in the pool at 7am! Not a deal breaker but just something to consider if traveling with kids, 10am felt very late in the morning to get to be outside playing. Aside the bugs we had a wonderful vacation at this home! The accommodations were wonderful. The kitchen had basic cooking essentials and there were plenty of pool and yard toys for the kids!

Perfect Palm Springs getaway!
This property was the perfect fit for our family vaca to Palm Springs! It was exactly as was advertised, with an open floor plan that really made the outside yard and pool area totally part of the inside living space. The house was very clean, all appliances worked, the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, paper goods, spices, etc. The pool was clean, actually bigger than we expected, with lots of pool toys and floaties that were especially fun for our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter. The location is only a few minus from downtown Palm Springs, as well as the aerial tram, and there's a nice park two blocks away with a great children's playground. We will totally book this house again!
