Kim and employees were very good but our unit was old not really that clean and needed some supplies! No real utensils to cook or prepare. Small frig and no ice until last day! In all fairness we were there to watch tennis at Indian Wells but I would not stay again! I think we got an inferior room because I went through Expedia! Maybe booking directly would have gotten us a better room. Location is good!

This property was really misrepresented. It’s a full bed, which is very small for two people. There is no bathmat. The furniture is minimal. It has one pillow for two people. Television is very small. No lotion or amenities in the bathroom. One small bar of soap.

There were zero trash receptacles. The Mini Split made a terrible noise. The curtains were not wide enough for the window size, The microwave didn’t work. The door to the bathroom was hung incorrectly so that when you opened the door, the door knob hit the step-down walk-in shower door. There was no sink stopper in one of the two vanity sinks. The second vanity sink’s sink-stopper was full of hair and crud. It was disgusting. The smoke detector’s light was so bright we had to cover it with a shirt. The standard sized refrigerator was installed flush against a wall on the left side and cabinetry and the stove on the right side. with the doors opening from the left. The shower wasn’t clean. The sheets were colonist fabric and had quite obviously just come out of the package due to all the fold lines still visible. There were two pillows, one in a pillowcase, the other in a sham with no pillowcase.

Honestly the stay was great! The only complaints I have are, I was not aware that there wasn't going to be soap/shampoo in the showers. That's on me, I just went to Albertsons nearby in the morning and grabbed what I needed - no big deal. The other thing was the water temperature in the shower fluctuated like crazy. It'd go from being almost too cold to way too hot every 30 seconds. But other than that the room was very nice and clean, couldn't have asked for much more.

Check in was a little bewildering, primarily due to me having missed a text message while driving to the property. While searching for usual signs of a check-in or reception area, I luckily encountered a helpful staff member outside the property who alerted me to the text message which contained the various codes for access to room etc. After that, everything went well - with clean, spacious room and lots of dining/shopping options within a very short drive.

Just when we should have received the info for how to get into the apt., we were hacked and emails were blocked. Drove to Palm Desert Sunday afternoon and no hotel, no hotel desk. Telephoned and took about 40 minutes to get a call back. Once we got the bldg. and unit number with lock code, all was great. Fab apt., facing pool, upstairs, #5. Just lovely. But, initially, what a goat rope of frustration and anxiety! But, would rent again. Absolutely, w/o a hack, tho!

The property was very clean and properly renovated. Everything you needed was available. The suit is smaller really good. It was easy to park near the suit and They were kind and responsive. I loved the suit and I will go there again.

My unit was not as shown in the photos…I selected a luxury suite, but was given a half updated suite instead. The floor was the old tile shown in some of the photos. The bathroom and kitchen were not updated at all, except for maybe some paint and the lights. The dishwasher knob was missing, making it unusable. The kitchen also didn’t come with anything to use the oven, the living area furniture was just 2 old chairs and a coffee table (no couch as advertised), the bedsheets were pilling like from being washed with towels too many times, and there was no laundry or gym (as advertised). Lastly, the WiFi router light is very bright and faces the bed, which can make it difficult to sleep. & the fridge in unit 33 makes a constant tapping sound that will not stop unless you unplug it. The staff was extremely nice. I wasn’t feeling well on check-in day and they let me check in about a half hour early so I could lay down. A maintenance man noticed me struggling with the door and immediately came to see if it would be okay for my stay. Housekeeping came 3/4 days I stayed over. If you’re looking for a no frills place that’s very affordable, with a kitchen and your own bathroom, this is it.

We stayed for two nights and had never been here before. First, the good. The location is good, central to lots of different things in the area. We had friends at the JW and it was a little over four miles away. The room is nicely updated, especially the kitchen and bathroom areas. No issues with parking. The room overlooks one of the pools, which looks nice and is heated. No hot tub unfortunately. There is a great balcony and the bathroom is nice with dual sinks and lots of counter space. No tub, but the shower is a decent size. Now for the not so good. The room is not a suite. It is simply one fairly big room. Obviously the bathroom is separate, but there is no separation between bedroom, kitchen, or living area. The living area is not conducive to watching TV. Although there is a nice size closet in the bathroom area, there are no drawers for clothes. There is plenty of room to have a chest of drawers. The couch doubles as a futon, but would be hard pressed to fit more than one person. There were no additional pillows, bedding, or blankets. There was only two of us, but it would’ve been nice to have some extra pillow choices and an extra blanket if we needed it. The place was generally clean, but after walking around for 10 minutes in bare feet, we noticed our feet were black. The LVP didn’t appear dirty, but it was disgusting and must not have been cleaned in quite some time. There is a nice size fridge/freezer, but no ice machine and no ice available on the property.

This isn’t a hotel, don’t stay here. They have no license to operate as a hotel; they are just furnished apartments masquerading as a hotel. They don’t dare have a sign with their name; probably afraid the authorities would identify them and shut them down. They have no front desk. Check-in is a lady walking the streets. They don’t even have a bottle of water, no bellboy, no room service. No amenies at all, barely some worn out towels.

ROOMS WERE BIG BUT HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED AND SHEETS NOT CHANGED IIN 3 WEEKS, HAD TO ASK AND ONLY WAY TO COMMIUNICATE WAS THROUGH TEXTING OR LEAVING A MESSAGE, WORSE PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED IN MY LIFE AL WAS NICE, NINA ONLY HOUSEKEEPER WAS NICE, BUT I THINK THEY ARE MORE LIKE CONDOS RENTED OUT CALLING THEMSELVES A HOTEL NEVER GO THERE, DOORS WOULD NOT LOCK TOO UNSAFE FOR AN ELDERLY WOMAN, NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE AT ALL!

Although this was advertised as a luxury suite, it was anything but luxury. The office for this facility is not labeled. There’s no phone number I only was able to be directed to the correct person because a maintenance guy saw me wandering around the property trying to find the office. Once we got in the room, there was a very noticeable chemical odor mixture of cleaner and insect spray that even though we tried to air out the room, never fully went away. It really made the stay uncomfortable. There was no microwave in the room, even though that was an advertised feature. The front of the stove was completely missing. We had to ask for coffee for the coffee maker. Although we had three people clearly on our reservation, there were only two towels in the bathroom. Furthermore, there was a blue light on some type of apparatus on the ceiling that we could not turn off. It kept waking me up at night and I had no way to block it off or turn it off. Having there’s no office present on the property. I could not go to find help at night to figure out how to get this horrible light off. The floor lamp in the corner of the room could not be manually turned off, and we had to unplug it to turn it on and off The good point of it is the location was convenient to the stage theater that we were attending a production at. There is food and grocery nearby. The room itself was very quiet at night in the area was also quiet and the parking was well illuminated.

The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Interestingly, the kitchen had a great refrigerator and stove and lots of frying pans, but no cooking utensils. There were 4 plates, bowls, and salad plates, but only one cup, no glasses two forks and spoons and no cutting utensils. Lacked hair dryer, tissue, soap, and iron. My key would not work after first entrance. The saving grace was Kim who managed all my needs upon request. This room has a lot of potential, but it needs to be updated. I was not on the grounds during the day. I loved the proximity to Route 111 and my tournament destination. The price was right, but I would not pay the seasonal fee for this room beginning in March.

It wasn’t quite ready when I arrived or when it should have been ready. The people were very nice; however, there were dishes in the dishwasher and rings on the counters.
