I lived in Palm Bay previously, I return to visit with friends and like to rent a place close by their home. This trip I took a friend from Tennessee with me, she loved the Peacock families wondering around Fallon Road. There were several moms & dads watching over their little babies while walking around the neighborhood. I enjoy this location for how close it is to Turkey Creek Sanctuary. The house is new to VRBO and I have some suggestions for the owner: 1. put a TV in the bedrooms. 2. put a larger TV in living room. 3. get more than 1 pot for cooking. 4. organize the kitchen cabinets for guests to locate items better. There are way too many plates, but not enough drinkware in this house. 5. Have the cleaning company leave the dishwasher and washing machine lid open between rentals to avoid the musty sour smell from building up. 6. The cleaning company did not remove 2 gallons of milk from last guest - the milk jugs were close to exploding in the refrigerator (gross). 7. remove the "you are on camera stickers" from the doors if there are no cameras in the house, but if there are cameras the rental guest needs to know this in the agreement before renting. No one wants to be watched by a homeowner while on vacation. 8. add a 2nd living room chair or remove the chair and add 1 loveseat or a 2nd couch. It was odd for a 4-bedroom house not to have ample seating in the only room with a TV to accommodate. 9. repair the screen on the back leni to keep insects out.
