“We absolutely loved our time at Meteora! The house indeed had a majestic view, with even an attached sun room/lounge near the entrance where we could sit and watch the sun rise over the rock formations. Nikolaus was also a wonderful and helpful host. He only spoke Greek and we only spoke English - but all was well with Google Translate. We would definitely recommend this to a group of friends or family!”

“From my interactions with the owner to the home and the breathtaking views from the property— our stay at Rock and Stone was wonderful. It was comfortable had everything we needed and was very close to one of the trails to the monasteries. We enjoyed cooking at the house as well as walking into town. “My girls and I had a lovely stay here! Vaios and Maria were wonderful hosts. They checked in on us to make sure that all was good. The views were wonderful and the house was just what we were looking for. We were able to visit all the sights in the area and also had time to just relax on the veranda. We highly recommend staying here!”

“Generally good, but could use a few items that were short like mugs and wine glasses. Also both showers need some work, one a longer curtain the other licks from the base. Just basics.”

“Central location to good restaurants. Meteora tours were easily available and we had a wonderful time seeing the sunset and the hiking tours. Monasteries are awesome.”

“Two bedrooms and the living rooms. Beds were ok. Lots of room in the kitchen. There were laundry facilities but you are not allowed to use them. No shampoo/conditioner/soap in the shower. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Parking was street parking. Neighbor in the next unit was noisy. Difficult to bring luggage up the stairs as the elevator was broken. Fine for one night. ”

“El hotel está alejado del pueblo, si vas sin vehículo quedas un poco aislado. Es un hotel bonito, pero necesita mantenimiento. Da la impresión de que es una nueva administración y aún están lidiando con el manejo del hotel. La mayoría de las personas son amables. El restaurante está regular y el servicio en el restaurante es malo. El mesero es lento y distraído. La vista es espectacular y la cama es cómoda. ”

“We were utterly impressed with the setup. Apartmant was very specious and high ceelings made the space even larger. Decor and color combination was terrafic. Place was safe, clean and felt brand new. Tropical shower head felt so good, I did not want to leave the shower. Kitchen set up was great, and coffe machine was brand new. We Highly recomend the place. Ps. Do not expect a mountain view but location is very convenient. ”
