Host was great providing specific instructions on how to locate the property as it could be challenging in the dark, Debra made it easy to find . Place was very comfortable would definitely book again if we are ever down that way again ”

“Warren is an excellent host. The property is as described, and the location is very walkable to the ocean and several restaurants. We especially liked Best Pizza and Anita’s Mexican. First time spending any time in Oceanside. Perfect weather.”

“Chris is a kind generous host, there when you need him yet fully respects your privacy. When I mentioned that it would be nice to have a little hot plate so we could have eggs for breakfast, he said he doesn’t encourage cooking in the room but he’d bring me the bbq.
