¡Este nuevo alquiler es un hallazgo raro! Abierto, aireado, con mucha luz, gran casa adosada de 3 habitaciones, 2 1/2 baños que está cerca de Uptown Pagosa Springs y a poca distancia de Village Lake. ¡A solo 30 minutos de Wolf Creek Ski area también!

Cuando entras a la casa, encontrarás que la sala, el comedor y la cocina están abiertos juntos. El salón tiene una maravillosa chimenea, TV inteligente grande con satélite, DVD y juegos. El mobiliario es super acogedor. La mesa del comedor es lo suficientemente grande para toda la pandilla. Si desea cocinar en el hogar, se sorprenderá gratamente con las comodidades de la cocina, los platos, los artículos de la despensa, etc. Junto a la cocina se encuentra el lavadero, un tocador y el acceso al garaje para 2 automóviles a disposición de todos los huéspedes.

Arriba, encontrará un gran dormitorio principal con cama King en suite con fantásticas vistas, TV y también una pequeña cama para niños. Hay 2 dormitorios queen más, cada uno con bonitas vistas, mucho espacio y un baño completo.

A poca distancia en auto del centro comercial y de las famosas aguas termales de Pagosa.

Don’t stay with VIP Vacation Services
The rental itself is OK, but the property manager doesn’t understand VRBO. They will seek to force you to sign a separate rental agreement, which differs some from what you agree thru VRBO. They will also disregard the renter details you provide via VRBO.

Christmas Family Vacay
This place was in a perfect spot, and literally stocked with everything you would need for your stay! I’m usually running back and forth to grab small things I forget to pack but this place had everything but perishables! The only downfall is that it is in a close living HOA neighborhood, and my country living family had a hard time adjusting to keeping quiet so we didn’t disturb our neighbors.

Very nice vacation.
The property was exactly as presented in the pictures which is often not the case in our experience. The house is well appointed and everything was available such as linens, kitchen accessories, etc. Easy to recommend based on our stay.

Beautiful rental and great location
Beautiful rental and location! The kitchen was fully loaded with all the extras I'm used to lugging with us, since we love to cook. The rental was across the street from Village Lake. Great walking path throughout the neighborhood. The house had comfortable rooms. The setting was quiet and cozy. Bonus there is a wonderful rec center.

Very nice townhouse. Loved how they had all the Christmas decorations, made it very cozy and homey feel. Clean, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Definitely would stay there again.

This home was absolutely perfect for Christmas!🎄 The main reason I decided on this home was the Christmas tree in the pictures. We were spending Christmas here with two littles. Came to the home to find every room including bathrooms decorated for Christmas! The home had everything we needed. It was also in a super quiet neighborhood.

Clean & comfy
Texans scouting Pagosa for retirement enjoyed this near perfect place to stay. It was almost spotlessly clean, all basic amenities provided. Comfortable beds and more than plenty of space for two people and a pup. Great location too. Only issue was the traffic noise. Staying in the summer means windows open for coolness which meant lots of road noise, as this property is right by the entrance to the cluster of townhomes.

Nice home, no A/C, noisy construction.
Home was nice and my family did enjoy our stay. However, it should be understood (and plainly stated) that there is no A/C and the house was very warm (we stayed during July). Additionally, with no A/C you will need to keep all the windows open, and this exaggerates the noisy construction going on nearby. Lastly, the refrigerator broke during our stay, we informed the management company, but no resolution occurred during our stay (we were told to use the refrigerator in the garage - dirty and full).

Very nice place to stay
It was more than I wanted to spend on the vacation but it ended up exceeding my expectations. The house was very clean and cozy, and it was very nice to have a garage to keep the car in so that it wasnt so cold and I didnt have to scrape snow and ice off it every morning.

NICE Ski-Rental Home
This townhome was the perfect rental for our 5-night ski trip. It's in a great location, is super cute, and has everything that you could need. We loved the decor and that it was decorated for Christmas while we were there!

Great Thanksgiving weekend!!
We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Pagosa Springs. Everything was clean and the property manager was very friendly, communicative, and easy to contact. The beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The location is wonderful - close to town, the mountains, and beautiful neighborhoods with walking/biking trails. We are looking forward to staying here again soon!

Perfect Escape from the Texas Heat!
OMG! What a well equipped kitchen! That’s just the start. Mountain View’s and a beautiful lake where we watched kids and adults pulling fish out almost on demand. Cleanliness was top notch. The complex is quiet and well maintained. Grocery store and restaurants 3 minutes away. Beds and linens were super comfortable as well. Thank You for a great stay! We’ll be back!

Perfect Location, Amazing Property
Our family had the BEST time in this beautiful townhome. It was so clean and had every convenience we could ask for! Minutes from lakes, fishing, shopping, and restaurants.
