“Really lovely find, lovely property, very clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again. Only issue was trying to find the 'central area' to drop off our rubbish, only bin we could find was behind some barriers, so had to leave it outside the property. Maybe a map of the area in the property folder would be handy. Thank you!”

“Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....

“This property is in an excellent location within a few minutes walk to the harbour / town centre & the addition of private parking a big bonus The property itself was immaculate and equipped with everything you could possibly need , we couldn’t think of anything it didn’t have - the icing on the cake are the views …spectacular at sunrise- thank you Leafy Hollow team , we would definitely recommend & book again.”

“The location can not be beaten, right on the beach of Portcothan Bay. This is one of these places you're kids will remember when they grow older "the time we stayed in the house with all the stuff found at the beach". It has great summer, beachie vibes and Jane is a lovelly host. Its a long way from where we usually live otherwise this would become our favourite weekend spot for sure ”

“We all had a lovely week in this property in Trevone. Ideally located for us to visit and explore the nearby beaches and do plenty of walking. The property was comfortable and well equipped, could just do with bed side tables and lamps and a mirror in all bedrooms - nothing that we couldn’t live without, but would finish it all off! Family of 5 and dogs thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. ”

“What a lovely house to stay in for our holiday. Nothing could have been better (apart from the weather)! It was so well equipped and immaculately clean. “Room was lovely and spacious and the hotel is wonderfully positioned especially for Rick Stein’s restaurant. Room was not as clean as it could be and the bathroom had some mould around the shower which needs sorting. Parking is paid for if you don’t book direct with the hotel which seems highly unreasonable. Continental breakfast selection was great and the staff were excellent and very friendly.
