“If you’re looking for a cozy lived in apartment/condo overlooking the Monterey Bay near lovers point, this fits the bill. It doesn’t have a lot of room in the living areas if you have small children, and there are a few breakables throughout the house. The bedrooms are roomy. The beds aren’t the latest greatest but adequate. For the price it’s a pretty good deal considering it’s on the ocean has a view and is near many things in the Monterey and Pacific Grove area..”

“Corola the property manager was amazing. The power had gone out in the area right before we got there, she was going to get us lanterns but it came back on so we called and let her know. Unfortunately the power only stayed on for 15 mins and then went back out the rest of the night. We disnt want to bother Corola to come out with the hope the power would come back on. Overall the property is very nice and bed was comfortable. Will need to visit again so we can really enjoy it more with power...

“My family and I celebrated my birthday by spending time at Sunset beach. The home is in a great location with stunning views and has many amenities including a nice hot tub. My granddaughter loved staying with her parents and having a bed above them.We struggled a bit to warm up the home, especially one of the bedrooms that has no heater. The owner provides lots of blankets to remedy this somewhat.Overall we had a fun weekend and enjoyed staying in this beach home.”

“This home was perfect for our get together with longtime friends. The beach location was wonderful and we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. It’s a condo unit towards the back of the property and we were able to negotiate the road in the dark. I had trouble with the access code, user error no doubt but the owner checked to ensure we were in. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. I would recommend this comfortable, nice home on the beach!”

“Check in was not as expected. Staff was rude when asked about Tax exemption telling me they didnt do it. Told me to request it to Chamber of Commerce and only when I insisted her to clarify, she gave me a post it with an address and phone. When I contacted the Chamber after I come back home, they told me that was not accurate and suggest to contact hotel. Other members of staff were polite and amazing.”
